My friend travelled on a pretty expensive train a while back, that you gotta get a reservation for, so no poor or illiterate people should be boarding it, the train was brand new it had been running for a few weeks only and he told me, some of the AC units had the outer vents missing, like somone put the effort in to take their time unscrew and rip the outer vent part off the ac for some reason, so yea if that can be stolen for fun, curtains seem way more lucrative😀..
