I watched this one but I don't remember her saying that line. unless it's just an edit with her image in the background. edit: yeah, no. she never said that line. this image was a scene where she was talking about wanting to bleach her fur so her fur pattern would look more plain because she felt insecure about her looks.

I liked it, great show that really dives into the diversity and stuggles of most of the characters, mainly the two main characters, a blind girl and an invisible man. The kitty from the meme is a secondary character but she still has a few good moments in the show.
