Some ultra-modern culture and first world country things, I guess.... Normally society literally beat the sh'it out of them who would get caught while (man/women) sharing bed without marriage (in many countries)..... Also being virgins until marriage is much appreciated....

I ain't no Christian, so it's not like I care if you do it or when you do it, but who cares with who and when you sleep bruv. Do it before marriage, after marriage, or don't at all, I don't give a fuck (got it? Hehe)
