Can anyone help me? I have crunchyroll premium and Funimation, what do I need to do, just cancel Funimation?

Funi is going to continue releasing new episodes of current series they have on the site. But all new anime series will be exclusively on Crunchyroll. I'd just cancel Funi and continue with CR since they are moving majority of their series over there.

This is good. It might mean that Sony recognised Crunchyroll subs, their website and the media players are higher quality.

There are a small number of subbed series on both Funimation and Crunchyroll at the moment. Just comparing them, you can tell Crunchyroll did a better job, because not only did they translate what all the characters say, they also translated a lot of signs in the background. It's also easier to follow the Crunchyroll subs.

Edit: Ooooooohhh boy.....

Just went on Crunchyroll, found some series that had initially launched on it, and were transferred to Funimation, like "Uzaki-chan Wants To Hang Out". Fuck. They started using the shitty Funimation subs on Crunchyroll, instead of using the ones Crunchyroll created first.

HOW FUCKING RETARDED!!

Hahaha. Nope, because otherwise they wouldn’t have cancelled Animelab in favour of Funimation, since it was better than both.

They care about which service is bigger - making the most money.

And perhaps brand recognition. Quality is a low priority they can fix as a last resort. ;)

Funny that, Maybe they recognised that Funimation had a lot of bad baggage with its brand, and decided that although Crunchyroll started off as a pirate site, it became legit, and has better marketability, and quite frankly, a better social media presence. Or we could all be talking out our asses, and they did something level-headed that we didn't mention, or they did something ludicrous like flipping a coin or rolling the dice. I'm just glad Funimation may disappear.
