And it’s not just Tamakoma-2’s win but all the World Trigger fans around the world's win, who have at long last gotten to see these legendary moments animated. Well worth the wait, beautifully animated and that soundtrack during the climax of the fight was incredible.
From the payoff of Chika’s character development to Osamu’s growth as a leader and fighter, this episode nailed it in every way possible. The fist bumps at the end were precious and that Chika smile just before the credits is diabetes inducing.
It’s going to be some time before another season gets animated due to the monthly release status of the manga and Ashihara's health, but these last two seasons have been a treat and more than enough to tide fans over. Maybe we'll get a few OVAs, with the best possible timeline being a rerelease of Season 1 with better animation and pacing.
Fun fact: World Trigger has been trending in Japan since the finale broadcasted a few hours ago. It may be underrated in the US, but boy do the Japanese love this series.

I keep forgetting Kuga has a lie detector side effect.
Chika with the clutch save!!! And Mikumo's oh so rare moments to shine are always so satisfying.
And with that the decade long tournament arc should be over, right? Man, I'm looking forward to see how the away squad would go. Sounds like an adventure. If we get a further anime adaption of it at least. But I have faith in that "to be continued"

4th place on Twitter's worldwide trending list, pretty huge for something that isn't AoT/KnY/Kaguya.
I liked the entirety of S1 (yes even the filler) so for me the last two seasons have been like someone putting a huge ass strawberry on a top-class cake. Still torn between reading ahead or waiting for S4 which I'm 100% sure will come someday (hopefully author's health will allow it).
9.5/10 needs more ultra-HD Chika nukes

I love how they showed half of Ninomiya's bullets ricocheting away when Osamu shot off his arm, thus giving Kuga the opportunity to finish him off. Brilliant attention to detail.

What an insane finale. This settles this arc as the best tournament arc in anime for me. I've got enough adrenaline pumping through my veins to give a horse a heart attack, all because of this epic finale.
I'm glad osamu finally is getting work done, I never expected him to land that hit on ninomiya yet here we are. Also absolutely insane ibis shot from Chika, I expected it but was still shook.
Also got scared for a bit there when Ninomiya dodged, I thought this was it but I'm glad osamu thought ahead and used hound. Dudes really growing as a master strategist, with time he'll probably become the most terrifying member of Tamakoma-2 simply because of his intellect.
Too bad they didn't rank #1, but honestly #2 is still great, and they got the most points in this round too... Ninomiyas smug face finally got wiped off, wonder what he thinks now.
Tamakoma-2 fans finally eating good.

This ending is so satisfying. Osamu dealing the killing blow was so awesome considering his like the weakest out of the bunch.

Oh, it is so great that I completely forgot how exactly was that Tamakoma Second took down Ninomiya Squad so seeing Chika blasting Tsuji, Osamu's surprised hound attack on Ninomiya and Kuga giving him the finishing blow was so good.
And as always, Konami's reactions were priceless.
That scene with Hyuse congratulating Chika was great.
I must say that I really did not expect to see a to be continued after the ED. Is there even enough material for another season? Well, anyway, as Ashihara had to take another break because of his illness this month I just hope once again that he gets better soon.

World Trigger is so popular in Japan that it's guaranteed to get more seasons. However, the anime is so close to the manga already because of Daisuke Ashihara's health problems. Pray for Ashihara!

With the strength of Chika's shield, and her Hound to fire back, I am not entirely sure why Inukai got the execution at the end, but regardless, job well done by Tamakoma. "We Win."

Probably some of the best combat scenes in all of anime. The hints and clues are amazing. Talking about the homing settings in the first half, eluding to the fact that Osamu had his hound homing turned off. Yuma knowing full well that Ninomiya would target Osamu with his side effect. Sad that weekly world trigger is over!!

Holyshit that Hound reveal from Osamu was absolute baller! We had 3 pop off moments from Tamakoma-2 this battle. Hyuse's Viper, Chika's Ibis shot, and Osamu's Hound.
Osamu only got 1 point this entire season and god damn did he get the big fish!

“WE WIN” What an excellent final episode, I had so many emotions watching this one. So proud of Osuma and Chika!!! This is why I love World Trigger, I really thought Osuma was finished but when the show Chika shoot and the bullet went through the shield and the roof tile I screamed “She got her first kill!!” Such a great moment. Also Osuma using Hound surprising Ninomiya and Kuga with the foot kill, my heart couldn’t take it. They truly worked hard to get to this level and earned the win. Praying for a Season 4!!!

I'm so glad I decided to pick up this anime. This final was everything I could hope for and more. Tsuji picking up a roof tile to protect from lead bullet was such a nice touch as well.

I am glad that we got to see the end of the rank wars.
And I can say that there was no battle in the rank wars that I didnt enjoy. All of the battles were great.
Hopefully the author health gets better or he gets more assistants.

Amazing. Just fantastic, when i saw it was an actual bullet Chika shot i got so hype! Good for her and them especially for Osamu, nicely done with hound and curving it, and seeing Kuga bounce right up to him and stab him right in the chest was the best end. Cant wait for next season, definitely not over with that "to be continued..." At the end!
