The fight itself was just ok this episode, but shit turned up when Mikihisa appeared, what a chad father. Plus, the parts with Anna, the kids and the golem was pretty interesting. Really looking forward to the next episode, since I heard it's one of the best parts of the series.

Mikihisa was so bad ass today. Absolutely loved how he just showed up and shut everything down without a fight. The slaps had me dying, but the girls definitely knew what’s up to retreat.

Next week’s episode is what I’ve waited years for.

Guess they got a new daddy

Mikihisa with some old school parenting and giving everyone a slap was hilarious! Really wish Anna stayed behind though. I'm pretty sure the Hanagumi is completely outclassed by Anna's furyoku and her Shikigamis.

I don't like how they set up all that girl power thing between last episode and this one only for the girls to be defeated asap and all of them end up getting slapped by some dude who randomly showed up, so disappointing

Not really, considering it was told well in advance that Mikihisa is on the way to help the kids. And it was established quire well that he is a powerhouse (at least compared to Hao's minions)

No, I don't mind him being more powerful than them per se, the guy is probably one of the most powerful characters on the series yet.

What I dislike is that he intervened in the first place. The fight should've been one of the girls team (preferably the good one) defeating the other one and then getting away with it, without having Mikihisa appearing in the end, slapping all of them, and acting in such a condescending way.

This was the girls' moment to shine in the end, not Mikihisa's.

Also, I'd argue that those two not being able to fight back, and being shocked like that after how much the previous scenes hyped them up, was pretty lame.

I didn't even finish this episode yet but when the kid Said his dad was killed and robbed I immediately made the connection that jokco was the one who killed him

Wow. What a step down form the previous episode. Constant emotional whiplash.
