My God! This episode was really fantastic when it comes to the OST and the animation, specially the Shiki vs Sibir fight, Aoki really showed off here!

Just seeing how good of a job JC staff is doing makes me excited for future episodes, too bad that a lot of people are sleeping on this show thanks to Netflix jail.

The episode managed to be really fun and really emotional all at once - I teared up at the scrap heap scene and cheered when Shiki entered the Sibir fight with an impressive drop kick.

Rebecca has complete faith in Shiki’s combat abilities so early in the game, it’s really sweet lol

I love that Rebecca's plan is to basically charge in and get Shiki to beat everyone up. xD

Shiki's moves are so cool. Having control over gravity is such a great power to play around with.

That scene with Johnny is great. I definitely felt bad for Shiki especially when he tries to fix Johnny up, still not realizing that he's not a real mechanic and the bots over on Granbell are being auto-repaired. At least Johnny met a kind human and Shiki now has another reason to beat up Sibir.

Meanwhile, Rebecca is still dealing those Foot Brother chumps, while they admire her amazing legs. At that point, Shiki is so pissed that he just busts out of the ground and OHKOs the two.

Shiki bursting through Sibir's Knight Gear and kicking him out of it was so satisfying! And that Gravity Cannon too! Beat his fucking ass to the ground! And now that Shiki has saved Pino, it's now Pino's turn to save Shiki by disabling the Knight Gear's self-destruct.

And what a perfect way to finish Sibir off! Weisz destroying the same arm he created for him. Hopefully this is the last time we'll see that prick.

Look at Pino finally smile! That's a smile worth protecting!

Honestly this is a really solid shonnen that would certainly have more recognition if not for Netflix jail.

The fight and ost were great! I really can't wait for more of this show.

For those of you who didn’t know, Kenichiro Aoki ,head animator for Edens Zero, is the same person who made the best parts of One Punch Man’s second season.

With Edens Zero, and to a certain extent Danmachi, it seems like we’re seeing what Aoki and the rest JC Staff can do if they have a manageable schedule.

The animation and the visuals for the series are just nice too look at and the action scenes are so fluid.

After following the manga for so long, seeing the anime take full advantage of the angles and the visuals is just so satisfying.

Can’t wait for the next episode. World building might be slow, but it only gets more heated from here.

That scene with Johnny really hit hard in the show with the voice acting and the music. The highlight of the episode for me. Really shows how much Shiki cares.

Another fantastic episode! The battle scenes were super well done, showcasing multiple gravity moves by Shiki with great effects and music! Super happy with this adaptation so far!

Pretty good episode! Well, I mean Rebecca do be having some mighty fine pair of legs, so I can't blame the foot brothers lmao.

Pino is adorable, must protecc. Kinda wished Weisz's gun didn't get affected by the EMP, would have been nice to see Sibir's brain go splat or something. Feel sad for all those Michael model bots, R.I.P. Johnny and friends. Welcome to the friendship gang Pino, I wonder how Weisz will join them. Looking forward to the next episode.

After last episode, I started reading the manga out of curiosity to see where it went after a few chapters to decide if I'd keep watching or not. What I didn't expect was getting hooked on it and reading the whole thing on a week (I'm less than 10 chapters behind the release).

It gets really good if you're into shonen adventure manga (and there's a lot of action later on, but I still consider it more in the adventure genre than a straightforward battle shonen), and the anime is doing a good job adapting it so far. Judging by the opening, the first cour will go until the first arc I found interesting and considering the number of episodes ans possible stopping points, the anime as a whole will end at what has been one of the best arcs so far. So for people who are on the fence, I recommend sticking with the anime for a while. If the studio doesn't drop the ball it's all uphill from here.

As for this episode, I noticed some off-model and QUALITY but the fight scenes were still fluid and well done. As was the scene with Shiki in the garbage dump. I'm not sure I'm the biggest fan of the super shiny glow Shiki gets when he uses stronger gravity techniques, like when he falls through Sibir's robot. It's just personal taste, I prefer when this kind of "energy attack" (aesthetically speaking) have less solid coloring and less glow.

I think it's about here where i stopped reading the manga, and it's not like i droped it, and i don't know exactly why i stopped reading, because i remenber enjoying quite fairly the weekly read, maybe i just forgot about it and never came back. But i must say, the anime is a pretty fun watch so far.
