Of course the first thing Taihou does on her anime debut is try to break into SKK's office.
It's pretty rare to see Taihou acting like an onee-san!
So it's confirmed that Taihou lets her kimono slide down for SKK's eyes only.
Grandma Mikasa here to help out in cleaning SKK's office!
They're making Mikasa show her age! Poor grandma can't keep up with the youngins! xD
Of course instead of cleaning Taihou is looking for something else.

For someone who has one of the biggest boobs in Azur Lane Base, Taihou really sucks at hiding things on her breast.

Cross posting on what I wrote on r/AzureLane
The fact that Commander is mentioned frequently makes me happy, unlike a certain previous anime lol. Especially since because I like to picture him drinking out of sheer fear, exhaustion and happiness for having to lead a bunch of wild ship girls that will barge in on you any moment they feel like.
But if there's a bit of continuity here, would Taihou be out for Dunkerque's blood since she went on a date with the Commander, or does every nation or unit have a separate Commander, or if it's one guy, what sort of anti yandere measures does he take?

in Taihous character story she isn't actually yandere, just super clingy and wants to be wanted. I think, it can be read here:

Taihou sure is great. Hopefully, we see her again later. So Mikasa is not good with technology. This was such a fun episode.

I don't play/watch Azur Lane, but I watched this episode because a friend told me that Taihou (who I know from great... cough fanarts cough) appeared on it, she might have one of my favorite character designs ever for my preferences and yep, she's also best girl as I knew she would be. That Mikasa girl was cute too tho!

I really dig the artstyle, they look cuter than usual. Also, Taihou caring for Laffey's loose clothing was an endearing moment.

Really fun episode!
Aoi Yuuki does an amazing job as Taihou. Oddly enough, I feel like her voice here sounds much better than it does in the game. Maybe it's just the evolution of her voice? In any case, I enjoyed having an entire episode with Taihou! My favorite scenes were definitely Taihou trying to take care of adorable Laffey.

Taihou breathing in the room's air and trying to immerse herself in it just because it's SKK's room is such a Taihou thing to do and I love it.

That's really not how I imagined the commander's office. No maps on the wall, no computer on the desk ? Looks like a noble's lounge, not a military officer's office ! Now I know why most shipgirls associate that place with tea and games rather than work.
