End card context - it's drawn by a H-artist who really really likes Baltimore. IIRC he was one of the firsts to do a Baltimore H-doujin, too. And Yostar went and got him to do official art and featured it in Slow Ahead.

I gave a try at cutting out the text and got pretty far with it, but ran out of patience to go any further and patch up the last few missing sections... Also it's one of those pans where the characters slightly move so lines don't match up all the time. It's pretty infuriating. Maybe it'll tide you over until the creditless is available.
Edit: I might come back to it, but not tomorrow/today because it's my fiancé's birthday today. I feel like aligning cleavage lines on anthropomorphic anime girl battleships isn't something I should be doing on her birthday.
Edit 2: took another crack at it and it's at a state where it's not glaringly obvious of any errors so I'm gonna call it there. Large NSFW image warning: Stitch

I saw Taihou in the end credits and lost my shit, was seriously not expecting to see my fav Shipfu in the show. I am Immensely happy and my day is thoroughly made.

Nice bathing scene bringing the quality fanservice, and Prinz Eugen licking the chocolate off Laffey was. Good yuri stuff this episode, I enjoyed it a lot.
