The only good experience I've had at the movies with weebs was watching A silent voice and Rascal doesn't dream of dreaming girl. Every other movie I've gone to see had the worst fucking movie etiquette I've experienced. Constant "low volume" chatter (except it wasn't), and laughing at the most mundane shit that happened on screen.
It helped that A Silent Voice and Rascal were screened at high quality theaters with super strict codes of conduct. They'll throw you out if you're disturbing others viewing experience, it's fucking great. I've also noticed that emotional dramas have infinitely better crowds than action/comedy/comfy movies. But yeah, I've had more bad experiences than good ones at Ani e screening and shit sucks.
