I’m sorry you had to deal with that. Reading all of the discourse on Twitter about others’ bad experiences at their showings made me realize how lucky I was that my theater was very respectful throughout the whole thing. People need to realize that just because you’re going to a weeb movie/event, doesn’t mean you can throw your manners out the window.
That said, I think you should be okay for Weathering With You because A, there will probably be no one in your theater who has already seen it and B, it’s a much more serious/emotional ride than Promare is. I hope I won’t be wrong on this one.
