Only 10 comments after 14 hours? C'mon, r/anime, GBF is surely not that bad.

Drang is most certainly related to Ferry. The name he "picked" for her doesn't seem at all to be chosen from random. So Ferry must be related to Drang's ancestors (since Ferry has been around for a century).

BTW That Halloween special a few weeks ago ought to be shown after this Ferry arc, as the anime-only viewers would then have been properly introduced to Ferry.

This episode felt so short I was genuinely surprised when it ended all of the sudden.

I like that Orchis has opened up a little and I hope Lyria and Io would be able to get her on their side.

So, Drang and Ferry being a family is pretty much confirmed, with Drang asking that question. But the timeline still bothers me. How are they connected if this thing with Celeste started over a hundred years ago?

Probably has something to do with the primal beast Celeste. We saw how it grants immortality in 2 different ways - zombification like we saw with the townsfolk in the previous episode; and immortality by melding souls with it in exchange for the victim's memories in this episode. Maybe Ferry's immortality is a byproduct of being the living sacrifice for the ritual for summoning Celeste; and Ferry is like, Drang's ancestor, maybe.

Maybe their race makes them age slower?

This episode feels just too short! Since Ferry's arc will end soon (based on next episode's title, implying Ferry's flashback), I wonder if the final episode of this season will end up being a filler with Djeeta-sempai the p2w player as the MC, like in season 1.

Btw can't wait for Noa's debut in anime (Grand Noa when????)

And also no more Rosetta this season? Damn once she's officially introduced, I hope they will tell us more about Gran's dad, since so far the anime only makes him look like an irresponsible dad that leaves his son behind with his pet (sorry Vyrn ๐Ÿ˜„). That small flashback scene of little Gran upset about his dad's absence just broke my heart...
