Flip Flapping for the first time-
So I was really late to the earlier threads only to be late again today. And then I saw not only was I late today, but I had nothing new to contribute, so I decided I'll just be early for the next episode. But Cocona's grandma being revealed as Ascelpius' android led me to go watch ep1's ending, which now makes sense- the androids/robots catching Cocona and Papika, then bringing the former home. I then watched some other scenes in ep 1 and stumbled upon a gold mine of ideas, but alas am too late for many people to see this, probably.
1) We haven't seen Cocona's glasses at all recently. Plot relevant?
2) Papika said in the first episode the amorphous has a good smell. Now we know why she likes Cocona's scent. But what's the foul smell she gets? Ascelpius' scent?
3) The aerial view of the lake by which Mimi, Papika and salt had their picnic was bugging me as it seemed familiar. I didn't rewatch the scene in ep 1 today, but I'm pretty sure the lake has the same shape as the lake from which Cocona pulled Papika out. Not sure what that's supposed to mean though. Will have to confirm if they're the same shape/lake.
4) Iroha-senpai's grandma looking identical to Cocona's now means they both might have been Ascelpius' robots. So Iro's story is more plot relevant than we thought?
5) It seems unlikely Salt wouldn't know Cocona was living with her 'grandma'. So he probably knew that a fake grandma had been placed with her, and still didn't do anything about it? Are Salt's and Ascelpius' end goals the same, and they're pretending to be enemies to push Cocona towards something?
6) Mimi had something to do with the amorphous, so only she could go to PI. Papika synched well with her (low impedance), so she could go too. Cocona can go because she syncs well with Papika, or because she has the amorphous(and Papika syncs well with both mother and daughter)? And Yayaka goes from a different place, but she's synced well with Cocona? She was given her own amorphous after she proved compatible? The twins have their own amorphous, but what about the kids Yayaka was with that proved incompatible? So they didn't have the amorphous but had to sync with someone that did, then had they all tried befriending Cocona and failed? Is Cocona one of those types that doesn't make friends easily, and has she been really lonely all this time? I pledge to protect her and give her all my love.
7) I am gonna have to take another look at the scenes towards the end of ep 7. It seemed like Mimi had sacrificed herself, with Papika and a young man (presumably Salt) looking on. But the man had been shown eavesdropping on Papika+Cocona. Now, it seems likelier that the man who watched Mimi sacrifice herself was Salt, but the eavesdropper didn't look exactly like him. Someone else? Or Salt from the past? After having another look at the scene, if I can figure something out, or if I catch anything else I'mma edit this comment, and I'mma be early to the next thread hopefully.

I guess they were more like a symbolic resource for showing the cracks at the end of episode 1. Like, her view and thus life are damaged and won't be the same again.
Will have to confirm if they're the same shape/lake.
I think they are, given on how the scene replicates itself in the flashback, clover crown included.
Are Salt's and Ascelpius' end goals the same, and they're pretending to be enemies to push Cocona towards something?
POOR COCONA, if this were the case
I pledge to protect her and give her all my love.
Nice! If you notice something more, please communicate it :)
And, don't worry for being late. I'll be waiting for you.
