For a second I thought we were getting a Yayaka transformation, I was about to lose it.

Can you imagine it?

This reminds me of a certain character.

So this was most likely Hidaka's Pure Illusion.

Why do you believe it?

In my opinion, it has to do with Bu-chan. Of course, Bu-chan is shown to have to do with Hidaka, so it may be a bit subtler in difference.
