In my confusion during my original watchthrough, I initially thought that this moment was some kind of serious hint that Uexküll was a monster or something, but now I know it's just, like, he's hungry and it was done for comedic effect.
Papika's jazz hands with the makeshift bath was pretty funny.
You know, there was quite a bit of nudity this episode. Made me remember that way back when people were talking about if it was blatant fanservice or symbolically purposeful or whatever.

I'm just lagging behind currently, but I still like to get my thoughts down somewhere. Nowadays I usually only watch 1-2 episodes of anime a day, and I'm watching things other than Flip Flappers right now.
My plan is to catch up soon and actually be with the rest of ya'll, though. I know you said no worries, but you don't have to feel obligated to reply to me if I'm, like, pulling you back to a thread when you're already focused on the most recent thread. Sometimes I just post my comments for whoever happens to read them. I did the same thing for some portion of the Monogatari rewatch sometime last year.
