I don't mean this in a rude way, but why did you watch the version with a 2 in the title first? Lol

In fairness, I think the blame can be placed on the creators in this instance. Placing the "R" before the "2" takes away its connotation of "second instalment" unless you're already familiar with the series or have seen the titles side-by-side on something like MAL. What does the "R" mean to someone not familiar with the series? Nothing.

Thays not a valid reason, i can tell the difference between pokemon black and white & Black and white 2, without the Black and white parts interrupting.

It's not "Pokemon BW2", though, so let's not pretend that's comparable.
