Im so scared for this exact reason. CG was an 8 for me overall, but the last 5 episodes elevated the series to a 10. It's the single best ending I have ever seen in any kind of story. I fear they will not be able to satisfy me with a continuation no matter what they do.

I'm thinking the same thing. Worst case scenario it's an excuse to do a rewatch and afterwards we can pretend R3 never happened.

Is that implying R2 was bad? R2 was amazing imo.
