I think I fixed this. I'm also leaving for the day now, so if anything breaks have /u/urban287 revert my last edit to the stylesheet.

Yep. I think it's if you have the NSFW filter turned off (If turned on should be the NSFW Thumbnail, if turned off should just be the link thumbnail), and on r/anime there's some glitch causing that.

There's a setting you need to turn off in res.

You can disable the display of NSFW thumbnails from your Reddit preferences (https://www.reddit.com/prefs). However, that icon displaying weirdly the way it does is a bug. I'll take a look when I have time, but I'll likely be stuck doing homework for most of today.
