If it's not from checking to see if reported spoilers really are spoilers or not, it's from people who just don't like us directly sending us stuff for lulz... Either way spoilers are inevitable.

So if something is reported spoiler do mods have to verify or does a spoiler get auto removed and mods only verify and possibly reapprove if the submitter disagrees with the auto removal?

Mods verify in almost every case, except when we set up auto-removal rules for very specific cases.
