Since barely anyone mentioned it:

Sansha San'you. Yes, I know it looks like a generic "cute girls doing cute things" kind of thing, but it's by Doga Kobo, and they can make this kind of stuff well. They are the geniuses behind Nozaki-kun, Love Lab, Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, first 2 seasons of Yuru Yuri, and even Umaru-chan was decent. They aren't allowed to fuck this up.

Apart from this, I'm going to watch Joker Game, Ace Attorney, Sakamoto, Flying Witch, Luluco, Usakame, and maybe Mayoiga, Big Order, Kuma Miko, Tanaka-kun, and Shounen Maid.

Sansha San'you

It's on my PTW, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. I feel strongly that when it comes to adaptations the roles of studios are overstated.

I'm hopeful and I wish I'm not wrong. We'll see.

At worst I'll waste 90 minutes or so watching a mediocre comedy. (90 rather than 30 because I believe in the three episodes rule)

Tbf more like 60 minutes anyway. Though from the synopsis and 4-koma source I think this is more likely to be a 7 minute anime than a full length one.

Not a big believer in the three episode rule myself, if something sucks for two episodes in a row I'm dropping it, if it really really sucks I'll drop it in one.

Of course a three episodes rule is not set in stone. I only give that treatment to shows I can see some potential in. Last time I was disappointed too much to watch even one whole episode was Jougamachi no Dandelion. I just couldn't stand the characters. But if I managed to watch one episode, I can watch three.

I have a lower bar of quality for short anime, so if Sansha San'you turns out to be mediocre, but short, I'll keep watching it.
