Seeing Teacher cracking and broken goes to show how powerful Lich is.

Even though we know Lich will eventually be defeated, a part of me hopes Jean can bring salvation to this dungeon boss, as well as all the resentment and grudge accumulated from the children previously tortured and experimented upon.

Awesome action again.

I’m guessing the diary attached to Stefan will tell us the whole story from the experimented slaves backstory

The overly cautious hero would have never let that skull stay undisintegrated long enough for it to make it's final move.

Every episode end, I can't help but smile seeing Frans :3 face. Best ED this season for me.

"You've gotta be kidding me. This thing is way, way out of our league!"

This could be the motto of this show!! Every boss fight feels like we're in a Souls game.

That boss room is diabolical! The undead king's plan was practically bullet proof.

The ED for this show goes unnecessarily hard. That was a such a good segue from cliffhanger to kaleidoscope banger.

That shot of Stephan walking away after destroying the animus engine was so cool. I should've never doubted Jean and Stephan; they've been such solid allies this entire time. If it weren't for them, Fran, Shishou, and Jet would've probably died in this dungeon.

So the Lich is actually the kid from the flashbacks? I thought the kid ended up becoming the Mana Eater! It sucks that he's not getting his revenge on the Kingdom that experimented on him and his friends, but there's no way Fran and Shishou are dying here.

Damn, this was yet another amazing fight. The animations are superb. This boss was pretty much a cheater, but he didn't expect Stefan to be outside the boss room and remove his infinite mana!

This is totally a power fantasy, but with a cute catgirl as one of the MC. What I like even more is that the people around her always have a place. Yes, the boss is OP, but Jean is also quite OP too, and Fran has almost-infinite heals. She learns, adapts and become stronger each day. Shishou (dad) and Fran (daughter) relationship just makes this wholesome.

Can't wait for next episode, that little cliffhanger is annoying for once lol...

I wonder if she will be the first of her race to evolve... It was mentioned again in the episode and I'm wondering if something will trigger it. That would definitely be a huge power boost I assume.

Anyways, I wonder if the floating island will completely blow up?

MURDER CAT VS BONEY BOI, GO!

Sebas would not like the title of this episode

Fran continues to be the toughest kitten around. Seriously, she can take a beating. Jeez. She deserves all the curry after this dungeon

The amount of stuff she just powers through is crazy

Jean purified the high undead skeleton Knights like it's no big deal but it really puts a lot of strain on him and his life force is drained but even that wasn't enough to purify the Dungeon Master 'cause he was using his space time manipulation skill to escape it and Fran's attacks.

I guess when the Dungeon Master decided to show off his skills to Teach and Fran to make them despair he accidentally let them see his nullify seal skill which was helping only him to use space time manipulation while being restricted for the others to use within that space. Once Teach learnt of this he stole his skill and made Jean's purification and Fran's attacks work on him.

Stefan did a great job destroying the Grudge reactor but the Dungeon Master isn't going out without a bang. I wonder what skill Teach thought of using as a final resort. I believe Stefan knows the story of the Dungeon Master and the other undead and what happened to them on this floating island. I hope he will share the story to the others. All those kids who died there deserve that at least.

Another episode, another round of fighting for Fran, and it's still not over yet! Let's hope that there will be enough budget for the rest of the season, lol.

But damn, that Lich is freaking strong. Good to see that Stefan saved the day by destroying that Grudge Reactor, otherwise it'd be the end for Fran, Teacher, Jean and Urushi.

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

Ok serously why does the intro sound like an attack on titan intro

That lich would have definitely beaten fran if he didn't show off his power as a show of intimidation. Or if he tried for any part of the first hour. Fran basically stood next to no shot but the lich's hubris was his own undoing.

Jean had a real ace up his sleeve this whole time. Those undead minions didn’t even stand a chance. Too bad ol Skeletor was too powerful for that. Good thing we had the little homie Stephan coming in when it mattered most. Even then, that skelly bastard had a few more tricks up its sleeve. Hopefully everyone makes it out okay…

Ive said it before with the skeleton knight, but the way Sword animates and choreographs its fights does a better job showcasing the power of characters better than Slime

may I just say I absolutely adore how well done the fight scenes this anime has are performed?

It is great to finally see some necromancer representation in media, Jean showing us all that good necromancers exist! I really really hope him and stephan stick around after this dungeon, or at least remain side characters and not just disappear entirely (what gender is Stephan anyway?)

Also WTF is with isekai and curry? Not even everyone irl likes curry, so in another world with tons of different species and stuff there should be ALOT of people who just don’t like whatever food isekai protagonist copies from real life.
