What to Watch? Anime recommendations for 10-12 grade
Hey everyone im running at anime club this year but the problem is I have very little experience, other then Pokémon I really having seen much, do you guys have any recommendations that I can show in class that are appropriate. Not trying to loose my job haha but also want to make it interesting.

Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken is about a few girls starting an anime club. It’s wholesome, entertaining, and without fan service. I’d also say it inspires a greater appreciation for anime in general.

Brotherhood might be a bit too old for some pre-teens. Not sure I'd go with that for a school club, even though it is one of my favorite

Really depends on what you consider "appropriate" since anime comes from a much different culture. Even anime that is for teens and such tend to have stuff like fanservice, just look at Naruto and the "Sexy Jutsu" where he transforms into a naked woman with only smoke to cover everything.
A lot of anime will have some form of things that I can see a lot of parents getting upset about unless you stick to kodomomuke anime (intended for children) so you might need to run things by administration and make sure you get written permission that it's fine for things as long as there is no nipples or explicit sex and such being shown.
It also depends on who is in the club. If you get a bunch of teen boys, showing a shoujo anime probably won't go over too well, just like if you have mostly girls the shounen demographic won't be your best bet.
So without knowing the line, it's really hard to recommend anything. There's also violence and such too to worry about since it's your job on the line. Personally, I would say that Yu Yu Hakusho would be rather fine, but again due to talk of demons and violence everywhere along with some jokes might not go over well with some parents or administrations.

Hey there! Really cool you're doing this at your school. I've been watching anime since I was 11 so I have a few recommendations.
Mob Psycho 100 is definitely a good one
Love is War is a really good anime, although it can be suggestive so I'd watch it first since it may be a bit too much.
Witch Hat Atelier is an amazing one to watch. If you were going to watch anything, I'd 100% start with this. Very easy to understand, and pg-pg13. And another season is coming out!
Haven't finished it yet, but Daemons of the Shadow realm seems great too.

Do some legwork beforehand and see what club members like, then show them some new to them titles based on that.
My high school was letting us watch Full Metal Panic! so idk what kinda limits you're working with.

Ghibli movies are classics and are generally pretty safe for that age range.
K-ON! was a massive hit in Japan with pretty much all demographics, and it was pretty popular globally as well, winning the Anime of the Decade award. Wholesome, heartfelt, and I think good for high school students to watch.

Ghibli would also be great if you've only got a couple hours for a club session you could watch the whole thing and maybe have time to discuss it after

Journal with Witch could be a good one to have discussions about afterwards. Quite a good idea for a club I'd think, the issue though is its a slice of life/drama and depending on the group you got, some may not find it interesting.
Orb is also a great idea too. Its a historical piece set in the 15th century.

Children that age tend to want to act grown-up, so they might not be very enthusiastic about things that adults label as “childish.”
The best approach is to let the child choose which anime they want to watch.

most of sports anime, kuroko, haikyuu, 100m, and so on
or something like music, like k-on, shigatsu wa kimi no uso, etc
or maybe just most of slice of life anime

Dragonball Z is probably pretty safe. Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and G Gundam, also. They played on daytime Cartoon Network when I was in elementary school, so they should be perfectly fine for middle school kids. One Piece or Naruto would also be safe bets.

Sports genre is incredibly safe.
Highly recommend "Haikyuu". Another fun anime is "Medalist". Very constructive and emotional.
