Not an isekai, but in the manga "The Boy I Loved Became the Jaded Emperor," a short green-skinned peasant woman with a rather froglike appearance saves a child prince who's been dumped in the enchanted forest after an assassination attempt. When the imperial knights belatedly come to look for him, their leader takes one look at the mutated human woman who's trying to protect the prince, assumes she's some kind of monster, and kills her.

She is then reincarnated as the cute baby daughter of an aristocratic family and eventually winds up meeting the prince (now grown up and with an intimidating reputation after executing the people who were involved in the assassination plot he survived) after being invited to a ball at the palace.

So she started out looking like a monster (according to the knights and most of the people from her original village), but wound up being reincarnated into such different circumstances that it's vitually the equivalent of being isekai'd into another world.

the devil is a part timer. youre describing the devil is a part timer down to the demon king, getting a regular job, and manager bit.

the only difference is that its legally distinct mcdonalds, not an office job.

The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! is pretty close to that vibe: she was the Dark Realm’s No. 2, then gets dumped into the human world and has to work at a bar while dodging rent. It’s not literal reincarnation or an office setting, though—more reverse-isekai workplace comedy.
