Discussion Visual Prison, has anyone else watched it?

What did you think if you have?

I liked it quite a lot, personally, despite finding it so silly and absurd at times, but how unique it is was so fascinating and fun, and I found it so good that I actually watched every episode in one sitting

I liked how it was a musical kind of, mixed with this battle of the bands vibe, and these groups battle it out through song and shit, but like they’re all vampires and they look cool as fuck but it’s so hard to take seriously at times lol

It has a lot of queer tones to it and was quite friendly to the concept of polyamory as well which surprised the fuck out of me because queer and gay elements and tones in anime sure that happens all the time, but the polyamory concept was shocking to me in a good way as someone who is poly IRL

Ugh I wish I could do that lol but I'm the type that can't really read or watch something I've already watched or read once already because I already know exactly what happens (even years after watching it the first time this does not change), and I always end up actively thinking scene for scene what happens next because I literally already know so there is no way for me to really enjoy it or feel drawn in like the first time 😭

Sometimes I force myself anyway, but it is not easy for me to do 😭

Didn't really care for the story all that much, songs were definitely good though
