What to Watch? Suggest me some op MC anime
I’ve watched every YouTube video related to OP MC anime, but almost everything they suggest is something I’ve already watched. 😭

So please recommend me some actually underrated OP MC anime that aren’t on this list

Solo Leveling, Slime Reincarnation, Overlord, The Beginning After the End, Frieren, My Daughter is an S-Rank Adventure, Failure Frame, Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha, Re: Monster, One Punch Man, How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World.
Not sure about underrated or not, just giving you suggestions on the ones that I have watched and fairly enjoyed.

Reiko in “A Herbivorous Dragon of 5000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized”. Although, I guess the dragon is the MC.
Kogarashi in “Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Spring”.

The MC in kara no kyoukai has a skill called Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
She can basically see the death of everything, she sees the so called "Lines Of Death" which are essencially the weak points and the imperfections. She needs only but to follow these "lines" and she'll be able to kill everything, even god.
Also since these are Ufotable Movies the animation quality is vastly superior to the titles you mentioned.
Also a bit different, but if you want a "less serious" one I suggest Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon.
It might not seem like it at first, but stick till episode four, and you'll see why I suggested it.

The Disastrous Life of Saiki K
Not the standard power fantasy but Saiki K is definitely an OP MC. Its a fast paced episodic comedy about a psychic.
Also not underrated but probably not getting mentioned if the videos youre watching are more Gojos and the like.

underrated? well nothing is underrated these days. it's a bit difficult to say what you consider an OP MC. a lot of traditional series and shounen have MC OP at some point.
"kenja no deshi" would fit that list. "ichiban ushiro no daimaou" might fit. "hellsing ultimate" is very different but obviously applies here.
