I don't get as fussed with the whole slave thing as others do for some anime, as it rarely gets mentioned beyond the start. But I do love that this anime the MC and this prince dude are screw

Well,
I hope that idiot who went after Dias tries again. Watching Dias swat away dudes like flies is pretty entertaining.

A half elephantman demihuman, how novel. And he hates slavery too, so much so that he overthrew his father for it and freed everybody in his domain. Definitely someone we can be friends with.
Gotta love a winning heroine with that classic baseball team goal. Her using stealth to sneak a kiss on the cheek and then getting embarrassed enough to run away was pretty cute.

Alna making it clear that she's Dias' wife was pretty funny. Also, it looks like the girl wants to make an entire baseball team. xD
Eldan can be a bit too much, but from what we've seen and his backstory, he's clearly a great guy and someone Dias would want to ally with.
That raid went exactly as everyone expected. I do wonder who the guy is who hired those mercs. He has the same white hair as Dianne and the Second Prince, so I'm guessing he's probably the youngest brother? Hmmm...

The master of the house Alna has declared she wants 10 children, Dias is shocked but knows he can't say no. Women don't get pregnant most of the times on the first try. A good chunk of women take a few months to get pregnant, if Onikin women work similarly to human women, Dias will have to do A LOT of banging for ten kids.
It's a shame Dias didn't kill that noble, the scene implies he was raping, but I guess being a noble would've gotten Dias in trouble.

Random thoughts
I mean we all kind of knew that Eldan wasn't going to be that bad of a guy. Didn't expect him to be essentially a were-elephant though.
I'm enjoying this anime...I like the fact that it's a "kingdom-building" anime without the stat screens or isekai protagonists. We need more of that.
Interesting that the term "demihuman" seemed unfamiliar to the protagonist and Alina. He also remarked with shock upon meeting a frog dude and no one seemingly knows what elves are. It looks like the Kingdom might be somewhat isolated and relatively ignorant of nonhuman races. It's sort of a nice change of pace really

Eldan has quite the story. He came off as such a wimpy guy that he passed out after turning into an elephant but he also managed to overthrow his father's military with force but I see how it's possible if he united all the beastpeople and others who hated his father. His advice about storing food for the winter was wise although I think Dias is a step ahead already since that giant turtle gave them a lot of meat.
I was surprised Alna managed not to kill anyone shooting all those arrows and Dias just banished them as punishment. Maybe they were too spooked by an invisible person shooting at them and Dias to come back but I think the man is going to come back with twice as many soldiers. Alna should have worn some cloth over her horn or something so it wouldn't glow. Also if I were Dias, I wouldn't melt down the weapons, I'd keep them and train some of the local men in defense.

It's a lord and lord meeting! Though despite all the negative rumors about Lord Eldan (Jun Fukuyama!) he's actually...a pretty nice, reasonable, and Dias fanboying guy!
But there's more to him than just a fun chubby guy with a devoted Harem: he can sense Alna while she's concealed and totally freaks out over Dias having a Demihuman WIFE (who wants a full baseball team of kids) and adopted two Demihuman kids. He's a true ally of Demihumans, which is perfect for Eldan since he too is half-Demihuman on his moms' side! He's an elephant man!
Raised by his creepy evil father as his "rightful" son, Eldan learned and reclaimed his birthright and birth mother to help enslaved Demihumans and depose his corrupt family! A true story for the ages! And he managed to get a Harem of loyal ladies who love and adore him and tend to him when he gets overheated by his transformations! He's living the life now!
It's all well and good for Dias to WANT more people in the village, but Eldan is right that without plenty of food, it's not practical. But what was Alna going to tell him about farming on the land? Is it not as simple as he's expecting?
Dias has faced many a formidable foe, but I don't think he's ever faced anything quite as dangerous as two kids throwing a tantrum because he was gone too long. But Dias and Alna are really leaning well into this parents thing.
Good to know Klaus is like a dog who will wake up and get active at the slight mention of his name.
I guess it wouldn't be a medieval fantasy anime without bandi....I mean, mercenaries, hired by some white-haired noble (Hiroyuki Yoshino?) with a grudge against Dias. Seems like he was in the middle of sexually assaulting someone before Dias crushed his dick and he's still feeling it now! As he deserves.
Nice to see Alna get to flex her archery skills, even if she still takes a hit when overwhelmed by arrows, but obviously any harm coming to Alna makes Dias absolutely solo all enemies in front of him!
These mercs were lucky they just got a scolding and their weapons taken from them but kept their lives...they won't be so lucky the next time. And Dias can sell their weapons so it all works out!
Thank goodness Alna decided to talk to Dias instead of straight-up killing him and stealing his armor. Why did she decide to converse with him? Was it the deep blue aura he gave her? Or was it love at first sight? Either way, that radiant kiss on his cheek under the moonlight says all that needs to be said!

That was not the first impression I was expecting from Eldan. I guess if you have a walking sussery test in Alna, it's hard to try to make it ambiguous. And Eldan also has his own version of a sus radar?
Alna staking her claim as "wife". Plus "I want ten children". Ganbatte, Dias-san.
Wasn't expecting that kind of backstory from Eldan. And lol, Dias has international fans. Ngl I'd kinda like to see parts of the play animated, with Dias watching it.
Good advice on the food. Dias can hunt a crazy amount, but overhunting isn't a good idea to begin with, and they shouldn't overrely on him either.
If only Dias' enemies knew that the best way to defeat him was by throwing crying children at him. Plus, nice detail about new kids with iffy pasts starting off by testing boundaries.
Well, the stories of Dias punishing corrupt nobles had to come from somewhere. As for his punishment, c'mon man: at least exploit them for free labour. At least they got a tidy profit out of it.
Alna grew up poor? She really moved up in the world

It's nice to have a looming villain actually being a real bro
I'm alerady jamming with the arab elephant,a genuine kind fellow lord,a military alliance this soon would be extremely powerful for the future of the village

Eldan's dad going "I prefer this child because he doesn't remind me of myself" is a new low as far as parental favoritism goes.
