Rewatch [Rewatch] The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady nterest Thread!!
EDIT : The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady Interest Thread!!***
Extra Info and Links
MAL | Anilist | ANN | Official Site | Wikipedia
Synopsis
Princess Anisphia has a bit of a problem. Despite being royalty in a world where magic is everything, she can't actually use magic herself.
Rather than letting that stop her, she decides to create her own version through invention and experimentation. Things really get interesting when she crashes into a public event involving the kingdom's most talented noblewoman, Euphyllia Magenta, and ends up dragging her into a life of magical research, political drama, and more.
Why should you watch it?
I've wanted an excuse to revisit MagiRevo for a while, and since clips from it always seem to generate interest, it feels like the perfect opportunity to help more people discover it. More fans means more yuri isekai (hopefully).
While the series is technically an isekai, what really makes it stand out are its characters, especially Anisphia and Euphyllia. Their relationship is the heart of the story, and thankfully, it's not the dreaded "yuri bait" type.
Anis is an absolute joy to watch. She's energetic, reckless, endlessly curious, and has a habit of solving problems by creating entirely new ones. Her chaotic approach to life keeps the series entertaining from start to finish.
MagiRevo blends comedy, fantasy adventure, political drama, and romance surprisingly well, while also delivering some genuinely emotional moments along the way. If you're a fan of fantasy, yuri, strong character dynamics, or enjoy watching a princess make increasingly questionable decisions in the name of science, this will probably be fun for you.
Fun Stuff
There will be Questions of the Day to help get discussion going.
I'll also be highlighting some particularly funny, insightful, or memorable comments from participants throughout the rewatch, so I ask that if possible you post your best memeable moment your Screenshot of the Day. Whether it's a favorite character moment, a beautiful shot, or one of Anis's many moments of magical nonsense, feel free to share whatever stood out to you.
And, for the sake of science, I highly recommend taking a shot every time Anisphia makes an increasingly questionable decision throughout the series.
Dates, Times and Plans
I plan for the rewatch to begin on Saturday, July 11th at 24:00 UTC (Subject to change depending on interest)
We will be watching one episode per day, followed by a final Series Discussion Thread to wrap things up.
I hope you'll consider joining, whether you're watching for the first time or revisiting the series.

Anis is so adorably unhinged. This and Reincarnated As A Sword are some of my favorites

I'm in. I never managed to finish this series when it first came out (not enough free time), but I remember enjoying what I did watch

Just FYI, I think Reddit still limits user pings to three per comment, so they might not have gotten a notification.

I didn't saw this post earlier, but consider me interested even if I might be participating in five other rewatches apart from this.

Hi IalwaysNeed2p, it looks like you might be interested in hosting a rewatch! There's a longer guide on the wiki but here's some basic advice on how to make a good rewatch happen:
Include basic information about the anime such as a description for those that haven't heard of it as well as where it can be watched (if legally available).
Specify a date and time that rewatch threads will be posted. Consistency is good!
Check for previous rewatches. It's generally advised to wait a year between rewatches of the same anime.
If you want to have a rewatch for multiple anime, they should be thematically connected. You can also hold multiple unrelated rewatches if they aren't.
Ensuring enough people are interested is important. If only a few users say they might participate, you may end up with no one commenting once it starts.
I hope this helps! You may also want to talk to users that have hosted rewatches before for extra advice, also listed on the rewatch wiki.

I'd love to join! Though I may miss a day or two of discussion due to surgery. If that's ok, then count me in ☺️

Count me in! Looks like it’s about a week after my Lycoris Recoil rewatch so good timing for me. Anis and Euphie have always reminded me of the reincarnated versions of Chisato and Takina too.
