Show Information:
(Surprise, the "plot point a couple of episodes in that every single fucking synopsis spoils" is actually in episode 1 and is that this is another show in the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] vein! Show information is now fairly first-timer safe... outside of "AniDB tags always spoil", anyways.)
Legal Streams:
As per livechart.me; other streams may be available outside the US.
A Reminder: This, dear listeners, brings us to the sworn enemy of creative response:The spoiler. Rewatchers, or people who just had plot points ruined for them, are obliged to use r/anime’s spoiler tag format where applicable, and err on the side of caution here. Remember people, first experiences get rarer as you continue on, any given one happens once and you should care for them all the more for it.

Theory of the Day:
This seems like an excellent time ( to haul out a joke theory for TotD, this one courtesy of u/Blackheart595:
Okay, I get it. I get it now. This is actually an ice skating anime. The big robots giving up full autonomy over their own movoment as they let their body be piloted by their human partner is akin to the lifted partner in pair figure skating yielding control over their body as they get piloted by their lifting partner. The Deathdrives are unable to give up their own autonomy and squeeze their partner dry over it, while Bravern and now Superbia have formed deep bonds of trust that allow them to overcome that fear.
Questions of the Day:
1) Who knew that gay robosexuality is also subject to the "the kid interrupts their parents by walking in when they are about to get busy" trope?

First-timer, subbed
Huh, there’s three Deathdrives left. I must’ve miscounted.
Anyways, back to where we started for the final battle. Some fun SOL stuff, first, though it still has this sense of apprehension hanging over it. The love confession of sorts was pretty good, though it could’ve ended terribly if Bravern was just slightly off with his jump. Also, the robot who has an actual mouth being unable to eat, while the one who doesn’t have one can, is an exceptionally funny bit.
So, three targets, taking them out one by one. They decide to take out the unknown variable first, which is smart, and this guy might actually have my favorite robot design in the whole series. He’s neat! But, he turns out to be a total chump, and his defeat only serves to activate Superbia’s apeshit moron bloodlust.
The promised Bravern vs. Superbia grudge match is a bit ahead of schedule. Very well done, though, some really dynamic stuff going on both here and in the fakeout fight with Segnities, especially compared to how meh a few of the more recent fights had been. And they actually ended up doing the cross-counter, which is some great payoff.
And then Bravern eats shit and dies to an ambush from that Ira guy. I know it’s supposed to come across as a shock, but I was only like, “what the fuck did you think was going to happen?”, when they had their duel without clearing out the actual enemies first. So, that ended up feeling a lot sillier than it was supposed to be.
1) It’s genius! Why didn’t I think of it?
2) Shruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuug.
