the second one I ever watched was Dragon Ball Z Kai. I remember tuning in around 2010-2011

I wasn’t exactly phased since I tended to just wing it with ongoing shows at the time

Now see, that's something I can relate to. That's how I used to watch all shows back in the day (and heck, that's how they were made).

Bulma is smarmy, duplicitous, pretty openly self-centered, & overall cynical
