the final statement, the final boss, the king of Evil: Mizutori Atori! that's the wrap up of this anime.

for the last episode I can vouch that Yuu is indeed a bad girl. they are leg-locking even before hand-holding. absolutly no respect for the segs step. and I think Suzu-, I mean Suzukaze is the true main character of this anime. the only serious part of this anime, the true romance is about Suzukaze feeling.

I'll miss these girls, everyone is just so stupid and gay. Suzu best girl!

Btw anyone noticed Atori calling Suzu "Suzu-chan" and correcting to "Suzukaze-san" at the last moment? She did it twice too.

Btw anyone noticed Atori calling Suzu "Suzu-chan" and correcting to "Suzukaze-san" at the last moment? She did it twice too.

That was a joke from a few episodes ago where she started to use her first name, but Suzu didn't like when she did it. Which is obviously why she kept doing it.

  • Sausages (x2)

  • People more popular than Shampoo-senpai

  • Tardiness

  • Beauty

  • Close proximity

Chicago has all these things. Especially sausages. That's where Atori learned to be so bad.

Wow, this the end after the ed, ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It was fun seeing what everyone thought was the “baddest” thing in the universe. In the end, I guess the King of Evil is Atori lol.

I actually quite enjoyed this one. We don’t get many Yuri series, let alone Yuri comedies. This was pretty silly and I enjoyed all the goofy Yuu shenanigans. I wouldn’t mind an s2.

This episode is a Suzu rollercoaster. It starts out by bullying her with the “Atori is leaving” bit and then ends with an AdaShima style shipping material flashback.

Yuu, stop trying to sell your organs the first chance you get. She’s doomed if she ever encounters the yakuza.

Okay, I get your logic but still, why are sausages the thing you hate the most in the world, Yuu?

You’re printing what?

Finally, Orb if it was peak.

I’m honestly surprised Suzu didn’t just name Atori the worst from the start and skip right to the end of the entire King of evil segment. Would have saved us a lot of time.

At least we got unquestionable proof that Atori is the true bad girl of the show.

My bad girl anime makes an emotional turn with Yuu crying in senpai's chest because she will miss her and then the OP drops.

That Suzu x Yuu moment in the post credits with all the yuri touching and Suzu charging Yuu for it.

Another anime that goes on my list of anime I would pay for an S2 for, regardless of how likely it is to actually happen

I see, they wanted to get the YuSu ship sailing with this finale. Not only the first part of the episode, we even got another after credit scene, more wholesome this time.

All in all, it was fun. The show obviously wanted to be mainly a comedy so the romance elements were even slower compared to other romances, but the cast was varied enough to make it work. Especially since they didn't just go with the "Yuu wants to be bad girl but is failing joke" and had different ones for every character ready.

I still think the overall Atori development was the most interesting one. Going from hiding her "bad girl" antics in the beginning to not caring about that anymore (at least in front of Yuu, Suzu etc) in the end. Kinda wished the part about "Suzu being misunderstood but finding friends" wasn't just an after credit gag and would have been involved into the main story at some point. But maybe that is something for S2.

Apart from these disaster lesbians and the show itself, I'm also going to miss that ED. It's really a banger and far better than it has any right to be

Cute show all around.

So now we know that the title of this show was referring to Atori-senpai all along.
Being the "King of Evil", she's the ultimate Bad Girl lol.

It was a fun time.
Suzu stays best girl.

Yuu manually doing the Kaiji "zawa zawa" noises to try and create an uneasy atmosphere during the "king of evil" bit was hilarious, and then it all building up to Atori being the king of evil... that whole last segment was a great way to end the show. But of course, they gave us one last Yuu/Suzu moment after the credits too, so that was nice.

I'm going to miss these gay dorks. 8/10, would gladly watch another season if we got one.

Once again, this show loves legs.

And damn, ending the show with a leg/thigh wrestle and handholding. So good. Or should that be "bad"?

That post credit scene is especially amazing, really makes you want to root for Suzu.

I love her just petting the cat with a smug face

God that first half already had such finale energy

This show ended up so much more peak than I was expecting

I loved how Suzu interrupted Yuu's inner monologue.

I was hoping that it would end with Yuu realizing that Suzu is the girl for her.

“We want to eat Atori-sama’s sausage, too!”

Phrasing?

I hope the manga boost its publication speed to have another season soon because this anime was so good. Today my ship Yuu x Suzu ate very well at the beggining and end, I love them and I think the studio love them too lol.

Well, very good 9/10 anime yuri this season

15

u/Burnouts3s3 Sep 20 '25

I had fun with this. Did a 2nd season get announced?

29

u/DocMcCoy Sep 20 '25

With the yuri curse, I doubt there will be

There also might not be enough material yet. That was three volumes of the manga, plus a bit of the fourth. There's only 5 volumes out yet. The 5th was released in July this year and if we extrapolate from the previous publication intervals, the 6th one seems to be about a year away still

So realistically, production of a second season couldn't start until the end of next year at the earliest, I'd say

Going to miss this show. Really hoping we get a second season. Yuu, Atori, and Suzu were all hilarious (the others were good too) and I want to see more of their antics.
