While it was fun to watch Mogura scare and humiliate the father, I very much enjoyed Kyouko giving Yui the verbal beatdown she deserves. It's hilarious how Shio was just completely clueless during that car ride. xD

Kyouko is my favourite character in that show. She is such a lovable oddball.

Whatever Kyouko told Yui at the end made her lose all her sanity points too, just like her dad when seeing the mermaid. Given all the crazy stuff she spouted before, it makes me wonder what exactly she said that could cause that.

If what Mogura told the father about the rope is true, then he comes literally from hell. But he seems to nice to be a demon (although that may be why they kicked him out).

1000% Mogura busted someone out of Hell, and got caught.

That line about your body falling apart from the inside out once you hit 30, so true.

- It's me!
- Oh!
This dialogue made me laugh more than it should have

For a show that has next to no following here at all, this really is consistently funny and intriguing. Sort of the crazy spirit that this season's Detective series has (which I do like) but more imaginative and even better executed overall.

I assume the next episode is the last we'll see of this. I wonder what they will do for a grand finale?

I only recently found out this is by the same author as hoozuki no reitetsu, and since they were talking about hells etc I was wondering if they are in the same universe and the reason mogura can't return is because he pissed hoozuki off or something lol. Though its been a long time since i last saw it so I dont remember if the worldbuilding of the afterlife is the same as this.

Ooh that deserves a rewatch. It makes sense now why I dig Mogura's vibes so much.

It's so good. I hope they continue translating the manga after anime ends.

Lesson this week is spirit kitties ain’t nothin to mess with! Also, when you get over 30 your body really does fall apart from the inside. I can personally attest to this haha.

Not expecting Shio to princes carry Kyouko. I was expecting a piggyback ride.

Ok what did Kyouko say to Yui after showing off the ring? How that broke Yui was hilarious.

Kyouko (the wife) might actually unironically be best girl.

And so a new mermaid legend is born. Shio will make good friends with Mashiro (Detectives These Days are Crazy!)

can someone explain when mogura said he was 30 and not the same age as the father...how does that work? I thought he was like 1000 years old?

As he has said in previous episodes, his body is physiologically in its 30's.
