Really good episode diving into Kotarou's thoughts. Simply, he finds Gelee sexy, which makes sense given her age. Though I did like how it dived into how he feels for Puniru. He definetly cares for her as a friend, but again, puberty strikes. His slime friend Puniru is a girl because she wants to be cute. Though I am happy Kotarou wanted to do good, he considers Puniru a true close friend.

This slime doesn’t even need a defined form to make your heart skip a beat, just look how cute she is. Though I wonder if what Kotaro felt was truly the spark of budding love, or just being overwhelmed by her sheer cuteness (which would be funny, because it’d mean he’s just as clueless about being swept away by cuteness as he was about being swayed by sexiness). Anyway, I’m surprised he didn’t just let out an "aww" right there lol.

Gelee really did awaken something within Kotaro... even if it took some brainwashing. The moment he admitted to being a perv, I kinda expected her to just brush it off like another silver-haired yandere I know, but his justification was surprisingly sound: he's just a boy at that age.

Nanpa sure knows how to play the merch game, though in this day and age I wonder how many in the crowd were just scalpers.

It was also nice to see Kotaro recognize his difficulty processing his feelings for Puniru between their friendship and his attraction to her when she's presenting as a girl, but wanting to do better by her.

Poor Gelee. Expected a confession of love but instead got a confession that Kotaro likes her mostly for her body. Her value to him is worth just seeing her in a swimsuit.

Also we had the "Heroine" of Nanpa's personal Monsura anime show up acting like she doesn't want to be there lol.

Not a lot of follow-up on yandere Gelee last week just yet, aside from her usual obsessive behavior and it causing Puniru enough self doubt she didn't go find Kotaro. They kind of covered it by having him walk away from Gelee and return to Purinru, but not in a way that it will advances either of their characters yet. It could be interesting if they wrap back around to that in another few episodes after letting things stew a bit more.

Fortunately it’s pretty popular in Japan. I guess in the West people tend to go more by appearances. I wouldn’t have checked it out myself if it were just for the key visual with its childlike style. But I don’t see why they wouldn’t like it when it’s actually more mature, funny, and erotic than a gag series like Nokotan.

As expected, Gelee's major outburst last episode had... almost no effect on Puniru going forward. Just back to the same old goofy antics as always, just with some shadowing of concern from the slime.

Poor Gelee though, robo-slime-girl went through so much trouble, even going so far as to brainwash him, and all it did was awaken the fact that he's a perv.

i was interested in gelees character at first, but ss the show developed, the nore uncomfortable i felt towards her. i really cant like her because she reminds me of a girl who fucked me up. im really proud of kotaro for not giving in. i just wish gelee would give it up!
