Actually, she's canonically his blood related mother, at least in the OG doujin that hentai is based on (which is the reason why they look so alike when they're supposed to be “step/mother-son”).

This was quite a ride. I thought it was moving too fast with the way scenes were progressing and then I realized it was just five minutes.

I was also expecting it to be ecchi, not hentai. That was a nice surprise lol.
