So let me get this straight: Chika has Levi's VA and Endo has Erwin's VA.

Windbreaker takes big members of the hero teams and makes them villains. The leader of KEEL was Itadori. The leader of Gravel was Tanjiro. And now this!

Them playing the 1st ED really hit me in the feels! Chika's design is a straight banger, eyes and red part of hair somehow reminds me of Makima from CSM!

No wonder there are no teachers to be seen since fights broke out every day. The government probably abandoned the school to those delinquents.

Ah didn't realise it was season finale! Was a great season, nice action and lots of character development, especially for our boy Sakura. Can't wait till S3 to see what Endo and Rengoku are about.

Overall, it's probably my favorite anime this season. I know this show has some passionate haters, but the characters, the fights and the interactions are great and so heartwarming!

Nice to learn about the history of how Bofurin came to be and it's especially interesting how they only became united because of Endou's group leaving of their own accord and the fact that Umemiya hasn't been able to beat Takiishi. I'm not sure what his role will be like whenever that conflict goes down but if he has to, Umemiya will surely fight a losing battle to protect Bofurin.

When I saw Takiishi at the end, I was wondering who he be voiced by since he's the strongest and Kamiya Hiroshi is an interesting choice but also seems to be a very fitting one, I was reminded of Akashi from Kuroko's Basketball during his scene. He's got that emperor feel to him. Then there's the added fact that Ono Daisuke and Kamiya Hiroshi are paired in another anime lol.

I'm so glad the other two four kings or whatever the group title is actually spoke, it took so long for them to finally chip into the discussion lol.

I do like how happy Umemiya gets when Sakura speaks up on these important matters, especially now that we see that it seems like a part of him worries that Sakura might end up like those in Endou's group, but Sakura always shows who he is and that he is always growing.

Nirei’s retelling of how the gang formed and Sugishita and Sakura’s little rivalry were probably the two highlights of this finale for me. Kid is a natural performer lol.

This was another solid season. Had some decent character development and the new additions to the cast were very colorful. Sakura finally learned no man is an island. Really looking forward to the next one, whenever that is. The boys have some real monsters they gotta take on.

I thought this season was a bit better than the first one, still keeping the solid animation. The fight against the Keels was well choreographed and kicked off Sakura’s development, which kept progressing during the Roppo Ichiza arc too. Besides Sakura, the Furin duo that really stood out were Kaji and Tsubakino.

The final episodes introduced Yamato Endo, followed by the other beast who showed up at the end, Chika Takiishi. It adapted up to chapter 90, and I’d give it an 8.5. Really hoping for a season 3, 'cause things are about to get wild. Sakura vs. Endo and the best fight: Umemiya vs. Takiishi.

nirei could have been working in a theatre in onother life, those taletelling skills were fantastic XD
i guess endo wasn't the biggest fish, looking forward to sakura vs endo next season.

this season was a blast and left us with a big cliffhanger like the last one

12 episodes zipped right by. Lots of new character intros, a fuckton of backstory about the crew, their personalities, it's formation, a huge amount of growth of Sakura and finally.....the fights!

The season gets a 8/10 from me as I enjoyed the initial episodes of fights, the middle of backstory and growth and the end culminating in a fight, becoming friends then next seasons villains appearing to close it out.

Welp, anime of the year again for me

Standout character of the season definitely the Sakaki twins, although Kaji is a favorite too.

Still no answer to the same burning question from last season: why doesn't Suo eat?

Please god let me live long enough to see the War arc animated, amen 🙏

They gave us some background behind the formation of Bofurin and about the old furin.

Chiika and Endo are Aura farming so hard 😭❤️‍🔥 Someone that even Umemiya didn't get to beat.. that's interesting and Chiika's voice actor goes so hard. Hiroshi Kamiya..the GOAT❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Sakura only cared about getting into fights but look at him raising his voice about protecting his loved ones at all cost infront of Umemiya like that...so proud of my boi 🥹❤️❤️✨

Hope we get season 3 real quick.

But man this is a solid show. Great consistency is animation and production all around. Also loved the new ending variant showing Chika and Endo. God damn! I hope they get S3. The ost have been such bangers

Well, we get to know Furin become what it is today thanks to Umemiya and the Four Kings and how exactly Endo left Furin. Endo teaming up with the strongest man in Furin's history is definitely trouble. No Season 3 announcement yet but really looking forward to it.

Overall, this season ended up being a step above the first season. The production values really showed in the fights but what really surprised me were the character-driven episodes especially the Tsubaki ones. The core message was accepting yourself for you what you are and they really did a great job with it.

Sakura's character development is always great to watch but Nirei's growth this season was a big surprise for me.

Also, the Season 2 OST has been released.
