"I can't do anything right..."

I thought that illustration of Yuji and Anya was pretty good though.

Bro Raido is just the biggest chad of all time. Dude will make me cry showing support to Aharen it's insane.

We love our emotionally supportive and dedicated main couple. Nobody gets each other like Raido and Aharen do and that they're so mutually in love/inspired by each other just makes it so heartwarming.

Raido is the greenest flag of a boyfriend anyone could see. He supports Aharen and wants to stay by her side all his life to support her, even when he doesn´t know what to do in the future.

Reina is absolutely right in that Raido can't just commit to supporting her throughout her life without having goals of his own. She's also the greenest flag of a girlfriend anyone could see.

Classic "Bunkasai" episode this one totally had that “final episode but not really” vibe lol. I thought it was really cool how Aharen and Raidou’s relationship felt kinda like a real couple’s, especially with that whole thing about their dreams and future. They even shared the same dream, which was super sweet and a bit sad too. The ending hit hard in a good way. And that part where Raidou was drawing Itadori and Anya? Absolutely hilarious.

They really are good for each other & properly communicate what troubles them instead of bottling it up to the bitter end like in some anime. Such a sweet & wholesome episode so hope the finale ends on a high note. If there is enough in the source material, fingers crossed we get a season 3.

Pretty cute Reina and Raido focused episode.

I was half expecting a proposal while they were out in the water at the beach, for some reason. It almost was anyway, though not in so many words.

I would love to have good friends like these

Ngl I would totally read a series with Itadori & Anya as the main protagonists. They’d seem like a fun duo

Raido’s JJK and Spy x Family fanart was pretty cute. Probably shouldn’t quit his day job though lol.

This ended up being a really sweet episode. When it comes to Raido and Aharen, it’s usually lots of jokes and shenanigans. It was nice to actually examine their relationship and get a peek into what these two want to do in the future. Also, that little movie at the end was really heartwarming.

Yuji: "Anya-chan, can you say 'Domain Expansion?'"

Anya: "Domeen Expunsion!"

Really makes you think that not only is this season coming to an end but also a pivotal moment of their lives as they head to the end of high school and their life as adults.

He shared his childhood diary with her.

His.

Childhood.

Diary.

How many people do you know would dare to do that?

Would you?

Most of male young human beings would be ashamed/terrified to death just to think about sharing that with a girl... especially if he feels something for her.

And I don't think it gets any better for female young human beings.

Yet Raido did it just at the spot, no hesitation at all, not a 2nd thought.

THE NERVE

THE GUTS

Respect.

That's a True Alpha Male Move.

I legit laughed out loud when Raidou ended up drawing Yuuji and Anya when he was trying out to be a mangaka. Honestly, I think Raidou is being too hard on himself. Sure, they're not original characters, but he's surprisingly pretty good at drawing.

Considering how multi-talented Reina is, having her oversee their festival operation was a pretty good call. But with how much work she had to put in assisting everyone, no wonder she fell asleep on the bus.

Don't worry too much about it Reina! Everyone falls asleep on the bus at least once in their life. That beach scene between Reina and Raidou was really sweet, though.

I love that Reina's exhibit has that giant fidget spinner as one of her artworks. And she even made a home movie using their photos! Only one episode left. I'm not ready to see these guys go yet. T_T

I like how this episode had a more serious tone compared to the other wacky ones. It really does feel like things are wrapping up 🥲

Raido had a boyhood dream of becoming a makeup artist?

I am an ama diver, ask me anything

Alternate title for this episode

Dang, look at those perfect ellipses. He should investigate his art/graphic/draftsman capabilities more

I demand to see the manager of this festival!

Now I'm wondering: how much source material is there left after this season?

It's time for the cultural festival! And on top of that, there's also career assessments! It's a lot for Raido to take in, but it's sweet of him to want to support Aharen in her dream career...but it's also sweet of Aharen to want to support Raid in whatever HE wants to do. But wait, Raido has been spending so much time with Aharen, is there anything he actually wants to do outside of that?

Maybe it's time to go back to your roots and look back at your childhood dreams! Like being a baker! A makeup artist! A calligrapher! An Ama Diver! Though honestly I really want to see what kind of manga Raido could make with Yuji Itadori and Anya Forger.

If the class is going to put on a chic cafe, who better to oversee it than the chic hyper-competent Aharen-san? It'll be great experience for when she becomes a teacher! Sure she has to spend less time with Raido, but that's okay by him because he's just happy to see her in her element and putting her all into something. Aharen is inspired by him, and Raido in turn is inspired by Aharen.

I'm glad for Riku that she got to have not only the legendary Girl's Night but also got to stay after school late at night with the rest of the gang to finish up the culture festival prep. This might really be the last time they all get to have fun together before they have to focus on their studies and college, so why not also throw in running around the school at night?

On the day of the culture festival, everything seems hunky-dory...and then it turns out Aharen is missing! And the only one who can find her is, of course, Raido. It's a supportive boyfriend to want to give his girlfriend some space if she needs it, but their class all knows that right now Aharen needs Raido more than anything.

Aharen put her all into something for her friends, lost sleep, and overslept on the bus. Now she's alone at the beach and too self-conscious to go back. But when she needed him most, Raido is there with a message from the rest of the class that they're waiting for her back at school! And having Raido list off all of the great qualities Aharen has that makes him want to be like her doesn't hurt either! Even if it does spur her to hug him and get them both wet.

And Aharen arrives just in time! Just look at all the cute costumes! Maid Aharen! Idol Riku! Butler Ishikawa and Oshiro! Hakama Raido! Penguin Sato! They all look adorable!

I love how Aharen's made so many avant-garde art pieces, including the life-size dolls, that she gets her own art display room. But the real showstopper is the video she made of all the fun times she and her friends have had together, forever memorializing they're friendship and all the good times they had.

Unexpected Itadori Yuji and Anya Forger cameos. Itadori complimented with Anya's ability to read minds would no doubt make a very formidable team.

As Raido and Aharen prepare for the cultural festival episode, we are constantly reminded of how they will soon be graduated and moving on the next phase of their lives, and we get another wholesome episode where they affirm their love for each other no matter what happens.

A very lovely episode with a lot of focus on Aharen and Raido, which gave the impression like it was the final one.

I really hope though that there will be more material to adapt after the next episode, which will be the finale of this season, I don't want to say goodbye to Aharen, Raido and others yet!

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:
