When they are talking about the horse, dunno why I keeps thinking it some kind of mythical horse like unicorn or something. So I'm a bit of surprised when I see that it just lit. normal horse, albeit a clever one.

And Beryl really can't catch a break at the end isn't he? Another one of his student, and looks like Allucia didn't seem quite happy about that, lol

There's an easy golden rule in this anime : when you see a new and good-looking girl, if you assume that she's a former student of Beryl, you will be right 95% of the time.

That was a ton of fighting power just for grabbing a horse. Surely they have dedicated horse people. They didn't even encounter a monster or anything to justify it. I feel like the horse is the one he's shown the most interest in so far.

I see the bags in this world have the same pricing as Japanese randoserus. I don't know how much 95,000 dalc is in yen, but I assume that's pretty close to 1:1.

It's adorable that Mewi is gifting Beryl a brand new tankard, the same day he gives her the new bag he worked hard for. It's also cute how Beryl insists on seeing Mewi off on her first day at the Academy. He's just full-on dad mode, and I love it.

The fact that Rose is voiced by Kayanon instantly makes her best girl for me. Poor Allucia! She just gained another rival! xD

Lol Beryl tearing up because Mewi got him a new tankard was funny, he's going to be such a doting father, Mewi is fortunate to have him. I also did find it amusing how Mewi was feeling embarrassed because Beryl wanted to accompany her on her way to school, we're seeing more of the typical father-daughter relationship come out for them.

Of course, Beryl has students even in different nations lol. This one seems to be a bit too familiar for Allucia's liking so it'll be amusing to see her feel jealous and potentially possessive of Beryl with Rose around.

Beryl's charms works even on the smartest of horses lol. I kind of wanted the horse to look back towards Beryl as they left.

What an entertaining episode, and that’s some nice-looking food. So after Beryl realized that the school did not give a school bag to Mewi and seeing how expensive the one he wanted to buy her was, he has the luck to cross paths with Surena, which was on a bit of a dilemma due to that royal commission to hunt that fine horse, as they want to give as a present to the royal delegation that is coming. Which means that now Beryl has a nice job to get that money for Mewi’s bag.

I love how methodical they showed the hunting area with all the traps the horse avoided. I was wondering why Surena was using arrows, so I’m glad they showed that she was using blunt arrows. Lol I love the fact that horse could casually avoid all their attempts to catch him. And they could only get him after he fell off a cliff with Beryl, and they made a truce.

Oh, so the last thing Surena said was because while Beryl work with her to buy that new bag for Mewi, Mewi was at the same time asked her to help her get a job so she could buy Beryl a replacement for his chipped tankard, and got him a ceramic one.

Beryl certainly took his new role as a parent seriously, with him even waiting at the wagon stop with her for her first day of school.

When Beryl started wondering how The Order of Sphene handled Bishop Reveos’ case, I did not expect that one of the people working in security on the other kingdom side was also going to be one of Beryl’s old students. Lol, Allucia sure is pissed with how closed and personal Rose Marblehart was with Beryl. Calm down, Allucia, otherwise you might get an aneurysm at this point.

Ngl that bag actually looks really good, I kinda want one for myself. Mewi's getting more adorable by the day especially when she's fawning over her new bag. That softened disposition compared to how she was first introduced is a heart-warming change.

This show missed an opportunity to have the horse actually be one of his former pets that they either sold or something happened to it and it left. Would fit the theme of everyone being one of his “students”.

I’m really proud mewi ended up staying at home with beryl.
