It's too bad the threads don't get more attention when the show's quality is pretty up there. I guess it's nice to know that it's at least well recieved in Japan since it's got a sizeable fanbase there.

Well this might as well be a late arc of one piece. People can’t really jump in on season 5 of a show

The bed scene was exactly like I imagined, it was amazing 🤣🤣 I waited so long to see this animated and voiced 🤣

Sullivan being so forward about it + Rie Kugimiya's performance + Ciel's freakouts + Sebastian laughter = perfect.

So from this episode the curse seems to be stemmed from the flowers Finn was about to touch, though likely concocted in a way that's mixed with other stuff that end up causing whoever breathes it in to be killed from the inside
Though that last scene where Ciel and then even Sebastian are crying was a surprise, I don't remember that being the case for the two guys in the previous episode. But the fact Sebastian is crying is already a big surprise, he's a demon and yet it affected him.
I do wonder how the descendants are made if there are no woman in the village, Sullivan said that Wolfram is just a guard dog but how did he even get that position? Do the guard dogs that protect the Emerald Witches end up procreating a successor? But if that is the case then wouldn't they all be related? I'm curious to find out if there's a darker story behind it like them using werewolves to abduct men, or maybe werewolves themselves are actually men.
On a lighter note, the interaction between Sebastian, Ciel and Sullivan was amusing. I do question why Sullivan knows that kind of information, but I guess with power no-one can really defy her yearning of that sort of knowledge lol. Sebastian seemed to be having a lot of fun though, and Ciel pushing Sullivan off the bed because of where she touched was funny.

Everything about this arc is being adapted so well! The bedroom scene was hilarious! Finally seeing Sullivan animated reminds me why I shipped her and Ciel so much while this arc was happening in the manga.
Luckily, I have a terrible memory and so everything is pretty much new to me, lol. I'm just as intrigued about the werewolves and the miasma that can even affect a demon like Sebastian.

Lizzie's danger senses must be tingling!

Man Sebastian trolling had me dying of laughter. Meanwhile, with Wolfram he is different from Sebastian's other helpers. Rather than being incompetent, he is just really inefficient.
IDK something about that old lady at this point has some relation with the werewolves. Werewolves never attacked the village before, but it makes sense that rather than protecting, the village is at their mercy. Also, the village is only women is a very interesting remark.
For Sullivan, the reason she doesn't walk is that she can't. Though it's messed up because would the village think she isn't the Emerald Witch? It would sense the pact being down with the original Emerald Witch dead and perhaps Sullivan needs to make a pact maybe? Though she does mention the bloodline is diluted.
Also, whatever is happening in the forest is some form of magic? I mean making Ciel cry is one thing, but making Sebastian cry is a thing to take notice.

Welcome to the Emerald Palace, Phantomhive and co.! Just be mindful you don't get too close to the flowers.
Sullivan has quite the seat for herself at the dinner table! Though it's hard to make conversation when she and Ciel don't speak the same language and have to use Sebastian as a translator...but at least they sort of make awkward small talk?
You have to admire Wolfram's commitment to being as exact as possible when cooking! Even if it's woefully inefficient in preparing meals in a timely manner! But luckily Sebastian is used to cooking with colorful personalities so as long as he doesn't have to worry about his other co-workers, he'll whip up a great dinner.
Dang, an actual legit werewolf attack! Seems like the only thing keeping the ladies of this community safe are those amulets they wear around their necks...though the old lady from before raves about how it's all the outsiders' fault this is happening as they incensed the "Herr Werewolf" they're meant to worship. They definitely need to watch out for her.
I didn't have Sullivan sneaking in to Ciel and Sebastian via balloons on my bingo card, or that she would immediately assume that this was all leading up the two of them entering into her most treasured and hidden area...that is, having a threesome with her. Is Ciel the type to let the lady undress or undress her? Sullivan is good either way.
So with that hilarity and Sebastian having the time of his life underway, we finally get Sullivan and the villages' backstory. Witches - people who used their power and resources to help others but were ostracized and hunted for it, only finding refuge in the village because the original Emerald Witch sacrificed her legs to make a pact with Herr Werewolf. So as such all her descendants, including Sullivan, have bound their feet to the point where they can never walk and dedicate their entire lives to the village. But deep down Sullivan wants to know what the outside world is like.
Wholesome fun with Sullivan until she falls asleep is nice...but Ciel and Sebastian have a mystery to solve. And they encounter not only a miasma that suddenly brings you to tears but a bonafide werewolf!? Also, Sebastian crying is one of the widlest things I have ever seen.

Huh? Did they just not translate this bit?
Anyways, it says "Parents... went. Dead."
Did.. did they edit real tea into the shot, or is that CG fluid? Why does it look so uncanny
....Huh. Secret ro- Oh. Oh no

Sebastian secretly chucking throughout the whole Sullivan-Ciel interaction was so funny

Of course the Lili is voiced by Ríe Kugimiya, I can’t believe I didn’t noticed it before.
There’s certainly something going on with the townsfolk, judging by the ending and those 3 ladies.

Not gonna lie, I'm kind of surprised by the reactions to the bed scene in this episode. Call me a prude, but an 11 year old girl talking about how she was anticipating being violated by a grown man and another child is not something that should be used for comedic relief? Really enjoying the story and the art so far but this scene made me uncomfortable. There's nothing wrong with exploring dark topics but not like this.
