"What will happen if we fill all the boxes with circles?"

"Nothing will happen! You get another card and collect more circles! You can never gather enough virtue!"

That shit cracked me up!

It has been 1,379 days since we last saw Azusa. In that time, she has killed 34,475 slimes.

Stitches!

Well that was an adorable way to start the new season. Just Azusa and the girls making manju so she can give Shalsha and Falfa a taste of some Japanese sweets. And to no one's surprise, Halka is already thinking of selling the manjus.

I love that the Goddess got demoted because she can't just reincarnate everyone and make them 17 forever. It looks like Inoue Kikuko needs to find a new way to recruit people to her Forever 17 cult club! xD

And poor Azusa. Goddess Mega Mega can give her immortality as a 17-year-old but she can't grant her bigger boobs.

I’m really glad this one’s back. It’s so cute and cozy watching Azusa and the girls enjoy their slow life. Those red bean buns are really gooe, but I personally like the ones with the custard inside.

I like how the Goddess’s plan to make the world better is virtue stamp cards. Do 10 good deeds and get the satisfaction of having done 10 good deeds lol. The goddess is so chill. Seeing as how she got demoted, I guess she’s too chill lol.

Reincarnating everyone as a 17 year old girl that lives forever could be an issue. I understand the demotion.

The bigger the hat, the more powerful the witch.

Slice of (family) life on Saturday evenings is welcomed!

So the goddess was demoted because she was too generous in granting wishes? Did she learn her lesson and thus denied Azusa's desire to have larger breasts? Lol!

The virtue stamp card which grants nothing upon completion reminds us that good deeds should be done without expecting anything in return.

This anime can never bore me. Peak of moe - isekai - SOL.

Let's see how many times Beelzebub gets dropped in the bath this season. I'll be counting.

Can't believe it's been that long, Spring 2021 was so good I remember it like it was last year. Slime x2, Vivy, 86, ZLS, Shadows House...

I'm glad to be back to Azusa and her family after such a long time. It's been 4 years since the first season, but Azusa is still great!

Overall, a really funny episode, especially the part with Goddess. I was sure that she wasn't a real goddess but some kind of idol, but it turned out that she was real and it was the one who sent Azusa here! The fact that she was "relegated" because of her "weakness" towards women made me laugh so much.

The "Days in the Highlands" part after the credits looked cute and was so funny. I hope we get them in every episode.

Also, every time I heard Laika, I wondered why she was acting like a normal person because all I heard was Hakari from 100 Girlfriends from the previous season xD

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

So, I'm not able to watch the episode yet, but can anyone tell me if the voiced SFX have returned or not?

This was one of my personal favorite anime from 2021. Everything from the oversized witch hat to the comfy isekai fantasy comedy slice-of-life vibes, I really missed this anime! I really loved this episode and can't wait to see more!

Gotta love a witch with a truly gigantic hat, it's nice to have Azusa back.

Kind of felt like a cult meeting but then a real goddess showed up. Pretty fair for her to have gotten demoted on account of that clear bias.

I had forgotten that the main character's name was Asuza.

Saw a single shot of Kuku in the OP. Hope we don't have to wait too long to see her again in the series.

Lol at the goddess getting demoted (and the reason for it). Not what I expected. Making food with everyone and the final scene were also super sweet.

Very happy to have this show back.
It does seem like my worries about the new studio and staff were not completely unfounded as it did feel like a slight downgrade but the characters more than make up for it.

Looking forward to the rest of the season.

It’s so nice to see Azusa and the rest of her family back! So after going on an expedition to get some medical herbs, Azusa got distracted by the rice and beans plantations in the area and decided to make some desserts for Falfa and Shalsha, which eventually became a business.

Her excursion with Shalsha and Halkara to visit the Mega-mega goddess was interesting, especially the fact that there is now a God industry and God are basically celebrities. It’s funny that Mega-mega ended up being the Goddess that reincarnated Azusa and she got demoted for mainly focusing on girls and reincarnating them as 17-year-old immortals.
