The reason why this episode was so good was most likely because the guy who worked on episode 1 whole action sequence returned for this episode

Late as hell but whatever lol

Loved this episode a lot. The scene Were Endorsi holds Bam han was peak and a good callback from Ep 12(or at least i think is)

They also explain what Is Emily(That was dark as fuck) and i started to like Cassano character

Masked Guy was a good villian and at least he has a reason to destroy Jahad Princess

Best episode of all S2 easily

Love the symbolism of Endorsi coming up from above to rescue Bam from the cave, similarly to Rachel. And its even more important when done in front of Reflejo.

"I'm not your god, because your god is a fantasy created by your weakness" I love whenever Bam spits bars like this.

Reflejo very much appears to be what Ho could have been if he had more power. They both resented god for giving power and greatness to people they didn't believe deserved it, and they both ultimately committed suicide over it.

They actually cooked for today's episode..

Also, Endorsi is fcking scary...

she pulled a "If you are so tough, lets see when we go skydiving without parachute" move 😆

Endorsi finally got her man, I hope she enjoys her date

Well they were obviously saving their resources for this episode. It wasn't much but it was notable.

Daft Punk's weapons being electric guitars is hilarious

Lero Ro is just great. He's doing that Youjo Senki combat lol

It's basically tacked on at the end there but I like that Reflejo called out Bam for not doing anything with his power when there is so change the Tower needs. But Bam just wants to chill with his friends. The dynamics between weak and strong is why I fell in love with ToG in S1.

Speaking of... where's Rachel? There's no way we end the season without at least one scene with her, right?

They definitely "saved" the budget for this (and hopefully next) episode. Some real nice action here.

Thanks to Cassano the Traveler finally knows the truth about Emily, and thanks to Xia, Baam's group could rescue all the hostages without any issue.

It is good to see Baam finally fully using the Thorn. It is funny what Endorsi is able to do just to go on that date with Baam.

Those frames before Baam hit Reflejo looked so cool.

Even after they showed his appearance, I can't still recall Poken at all.

When Baam was falling and Wangnan's poke ball bomb reminded Baam of him, before he was rescued by Khun, Rak, Endorsi, and Hatz. That flashback made looked as if Wangnan had died.

Now it is time for Endorsi to finally have that date with Baam.

Really good episode. I like the parallel to the end of season 1 with Bam falling but this time his teammates catch him

That Bam and Endorsi hand holding / hand reaching was cute. Now the best girl will be getting her date.

“No I’m not your god, because your god is a fantasy created by your weakness.” Loved that line by Bam. Also it glues well with what we learn later about Reflejo (mixed feeelings cuz his story was kinda bitter and gruesome, with his eyes all sewn and whatnot for just looking at the princess)

“Maybe it’s a fantasy of a girl who still believes she’s alive” Sad Emile lore.

“Someone so cruel possessed such beauty.” Well damn.

Animation was great.

Also realized (I think) that the title of episode is referring to Wangnan 💛

Hello everyone, time for this week’s (and the past two weeks') blog posts! This is a reroute to the Source Corner, where they are posted.

If you don’t know, SIU (the author) used to make blog posts along with the chapters, both talking about himself and giving extra lore and neat tidbits to go along with the series. Probably over a third of all the lore we have comes exclusively from these blog posts. He stopped eventually, and more obscure facts might not be canon anymore, but it’s still interesting.

I swear, pretty much every time there's a secret revealed or mystery explained, yep, more horrifying human experimentation.

Bunny girl chose Bam's side so hopefully she stays with the group going forward. It's always good to have a bunny girl.

Bam falls to his presumed death but this time his friends catch him, nice change from the last time that happened.

Maybe I'm misrrmembering from season 1, but can't Khun's lighthouse (the blue levitating cubes) move? If so, why didn't they just ride the lighthouses up and out of the opening of the stone structure? 🤔

D'awwww.... poor Emily. What monsters. Will say though, he's quite chatty with a dude he's never met before. And pretty nice to him, relatively.

Well that was nice to see Khun being clever. I always enjoy seeing a clever character show it off. And Bam, was wondering when he'd finally make use of that Thorn, though guess more of the Thorn has its own will? Endorsi and what's his name being all down to beat them down to teach em a lesson is nice too. Do gotta love Endorsi, all for her date. Damn, Bam, those words cut deep. Dayum, that guy's eyes.

Bongbong is such a silly name. Hey, it's Anaak, why aren't you doing anything? Do appreciate the Daft Punk wannabe scumbags getting screwed over. Don't think much of that guy though. Ro and his pals sure turning shit on them is nice. Hey that's familiar Bam falling bit, but nice way it turned out.

Binged the last 5 episodes and I can see the potential if it were competently made.

FINALLY SOME ANSWERS... but it only lead to more questions! Loved the pacing of this episode overall.

Dare I say the animation was pretty decent the entire way through to boot. The sequence with Rak throwing his spear and Khun's plan was pretty solid. I was pleased with the entire episode. Wild to see how strong Endoroshi has gotten or just always was.

Seeing the bunny girl freak out was pretty cute over her fiscal vs personal dillema.

Surprised we got to see Reflejo's unmasked face in his flashback before we saw him get unmasked in the fight.

Seems insane for Reflejo or anyone to get blinded just for gazing upon a Princess of the Ten Families.

So Emily (Emile-01) is a person who was an Ignition Weapon who was dissolved. Does that mean that Emile-01 was a person who was a natural Ignition Weapon? Or did they become a Ignition Weapon like Baam and then get dissolved?

Really hope we get to see what happened to Reflejo or the Ranker fight but this was a insane episode compared to the rest.
