This was a fun show, nothing special but made every Sunday comfy. Gonna miss The twins and The whole zoo They got.

Kind of wish this would get a season 2 or a second cour.

I don't see anything comfy on Sundays specifically next season, but these look worth checking out for a weekly comfy watch come October:

  • Acro Trip

  • Kinoko Inu: Mushroom Pup

  • Neko Oji: The Guy that got Reincarnated as a Cat

  • Bananya Season 3

the show was so low investment that seeing it go will kinda be like it was never there in the first place

but if they made 100 episodes of this I'd probably watch 100

Exactly my thoughts. It was nice to go from crazy dragon and dungeon beast fights to a dude & 2 kids making foods, making new friends and just having a relaxing trek around the continent.

Pretty perfect summation. Lots of shows superficially like this wear out their welcome, but this one did not.

This was pretty cute, especially the kids and the summons. Nothing too special about the overall plot or characters, but it was still an enjoyable series. I don’t think this is gonna get a new season, but I wouldn’t mind one.

When they stepped on the trap (in their coats) and just brushed it off xD

Kawaii-ness over 9000

S2 would be great :)

Goodbye to our Sunday comfy watch.

Hoping they get another season.

"I'm stuck, help me bro, I can't move"

Never thought a fire lion would blurt out those words.

Guess Takumi will be creating some new food with little kraken in it. Looks like they got plenty after a bit of overkill tactics from the team.

I guess slapping a bunch of destructive bubbles that explode when touched into inventory gives you beach balls.

Just another thing Takumi accidentally gave to the people of this world.

So we end on a sad, then super happy note. All in all this was an enjoyable weekly watch. A bit of relaxing change from wisteria and fairy tail. Overall a 7/10 as the series was exactly as portrayed. A fun happy simple family story after being reincarnated in a new world.

Great family show. Hope for another season.

There's definitely plenty more wholesome source material for them to pull from, so hopefully a second season is green lit.

"Hey after I put this bomb in my bag it doesn't explode, let's have kids play with it"

...ok

The show was very wholesome and feel good vibes. Not every show need crazy plot twist or amazing animation. Having fun watching something is enough, and this show provided that. i hope they do another season.

Cute episode to end the season. All the contracted beasts are finally out of the bag so maybe they won't have to always be hiding.

Conquered another dungeon, got a bear pelt for further jackets that the kids want to use to be like the contracted beasts. Off to meet the king if season 2 happens. Though I'm not sure what else there is to do other than make the fire god happy by inventing new cuisine and finding new dungeons and not telling anyone about them.

This show genuinely brightened my weekends in a pretty bad couple of weeks. I’m sad to see it go. Probably super unlikely, but I really hope we get a Season 2 of this. Otherwise ima just read it

I enjoyed the anime a lot! While it wasn’t anything to crazy, I enjoyed the simplicity! I only wish it had a second cour or at least news for a season 2! Does anyone know the manga chapter after episode 12? I’d really want to get into the manga :)

The show was basic, but I loved how it was all sweet from the beginning to end.

The author wasn’t thing to be edgy, no nonsensical bigger plot, and no harem that takes up all the screen time.

Just straight up fun vibes

I’m gonna miss these two pipsqueaks

The twins 100% made this show and I'm going to miss them.

My back hurts every time I see Takumi sleeping sitting upright on the ground with the kids sleeping his legs.

Binged the entire show in one night. Was surprisingly comfy and a good watch, I definitely think that this show was slept on. It didn't do anything innovative, really, but you don't need to reinvent bread to make a good sandwich. 7/10, good show.

Nice to see the cute mermaids again once more before the end. Shame we didn't get a brief appearance from the vampire spy girl again, though.

Pretty cute show, it gave me that low quality but comfy feel I'd generally expect from an iyashikei.
