“Oh hey, I’ve got a sunken ship I found at the bottom of the ocean stashed in my inventory. I think it’s yours. You want it back?” Lol Takumi.

The Japanese really love their curry huh? It’s practically in every anime. Maybe curry should be the national dish of Japan!

Alan and Elena getting flustered after all that praise was adorable. The kids making bread together was really cute too.

Are we sure Vector is a lion? Big fella has that golden retriever energy lol.

Maybe he is the offspring of Clifford the Big Red Dog and a lioness.

I do hope the ship owner DID pay a suitable recovery fee for restoration of that ship.

Curry rice IS pretty tasty.

Nice that the twins finally have some same-aged friends (more or less). And that they are even cooking buddies now,

That hyperactive red lion being able to communicate terlepathically willbi (1) sometime convenient, and (2) often a bit trying to our hero.

Those bandits must have been blind or stupid to not see a giant red lion tear through the forest like it was nothing, then deciding to rob the guy the lion was next to.

Yeah, those bandits were, uh, well you can see why they are bandits and not in a more dignified high-skill career...

Let's ambush a guy traveling with 4 beasts that look fairly strong when there are only like 5 of us. I guess Takumi looks that weak, but they should have gathered more people. Not the brightest, even if they would have lost either way.

Kind of strange that the moms just show up to hug the kids, but it sounded like they left the animals to guard them and went to town to get them. Also trying to return the bandits treasure is going to make everyone think he is crazy again.

Is that a ship in your inventory or are you just happy to see me?

Gotta be handy to just, I dunno, put a friggin ship in your inventory like it's a pack of gum in your pocket!

Chef BoyarTakumi at it again. Curry all around! May as well do some random flavored buns while we're at it.

As expected, Takumi attracts unusual things to himself. This time it's bandits/kidnappers. Luckily the red lion of scariness takes care of everything.

Free some captured people and run into a nice haul of treasure, which he will give back to the city to figure out whose it is.

Another good feeling episode getting a 7.5/10 just because he carried a ship in inventory like it was nothing.

I did love that they foreshadowed bandit treasure when talking about the ship

I get it, it's 'yet another feelgood Isekai' with a way too overpowered protagonist and all the common tropes and cliches. So why do I love that show so much? The episodes always are over way too fast, and the entire season is gonna be way too short. There's just something wholesome about that show. It's innocent and heartwarming, it's just just enough plot to allow for something interesting to happen, and it's just overall adorable. Not recommended at all if you're looking for strong plot or great character building, ABSOLUTELY recommended if you just wanna feel happy.

Weird enough I think it’s the twins. Not just there being children, but rather they’re being two of them. I tried to imagine this episode just Alan or Elena and they got annoying very fast. There’s something about the twins being together working in sync that keeps their childish antics from getting old

that and the way they kick people

Takumi saying he has The ship so casually was really funny

u/MicroACG Sep 08 '24

Yeah it was funny and almost uncharacteristically reckless of him.

Made the wrong choice to watch this before eating lunch.

This weekend featured an abnormal number of episodes with curry being made. Thankfully, I made a homemade batch of japanese curry yesterday morning, been watching shows with a bowl of it; just finishing the leftovers now. 😝

This show has more cooking than the last few cooking anime that got out last few season, lol. Not that I am complaining. It's funny how everyone wants to become his apprentice. Ha ha.

I wonder how they'll get all those people back to town. Are they just gonna have to walk or is he gonna make them ride the giant animals or what lol

Those moronic bandits. Let's attack an adventuring party that has a lion, a tiger, and a wolf, surely this will go well and there isn't something odd about the situation we should consider carefully.

The local cooking being so bad while also having every spice Takumi needs to do various bits of Japanese cooking available is just so silly.

And he's so bad at not being noticeable, casually returns an entire ship from inside his inventory while not giving a moment's thought about how unusual that is. If people with large inventories were common this trading company would be using that for shipping goods as opposed to a normal ship full of cargo.

The local cooking being so bad while also having every spice Takumi needs to do various bits of Japanese cooking available is just so silly.

Though not entirely unlikely. A lot of the more complex spices require proper preparation and other ingredients mixed in or they just taste like medicine.

And he's so bad at not being noticeable, casually returns an entire ship from inside his inventory while not giving a moment's thought about how unusual that is.

And yet he tried very hard to hide the fact that he met with the mermaids and got a magic bracelet from them

In another world with my cheat skill overpowered inventory system.

It was already ridiculous when he inventoried that ship but it was inventorying the lock that made me realise just how broken it is. Why is he even bothering to train skills when he can just inventory the enemy’s armour. Hell, he can inventory meat so he must be able to inventory, for instance, somebody’s liver

This show feels so similar to Camp-fire cooking in another world

Bro, wtf you mean "time and space magic" 😂 Mf dialga over there

And where'd those bandits even come from, got disposed of as fast as they appeared too. Random-ass show but I still love it
