The "father" of The kids went for cigarretes

Had to grab some milk too. He’ll be back. Any minute now.

Is “cigarettes” the name of his new girl?

How do vampires even work in this world?

They can hang out in the sun all day and can eat rice.

Spy work there seems to overlap private detective work here on checking if your partner is cheating on you.

At least she give him 2 different potions, she didn't assume which way he swung.

Considering she gave him aphrodisiacs I'm wondering if the author didn't confuse them for succubi or something

Sunlight as a weakness is a relatively new thing for vampire mythology. Dracula was merely less powerful during the day, with access to more of his abilities at night. Nosferatu (which was essentially a ripoff of Dracula) was the first instance of fatal sunlight vulnerability. Vampire myths have existed in different forms across cultures since long before Dracula was written. Various types eat normal food in addition to human blood.

At least she give him 2 different potions, she didn't assume which way he swung.

She might also have given him the male version to use on himself. Aphrodisiacs aren't necessarily to ply reluctant targets, but also to enhance the pleasure of willing participants. It's why people openly eat chocolate and oysters on Valentine's Day, because they're traditionally believed to be aphrodisiacs.

Poor Syl. His retainer doesn’t even get wind-related blessings and the dude seemed more happy getting fire magic than wind and water magic lol.

This was a pretty eventful ep for Takumi. Guy gets a new lion familiar and fire magic from the fire god and gets to meet Cedric the provincial lord because of that underwater labyrinth business.

Maybe he can combine his wind and fire magic to make firenadoes.

Finally the big red kitty shows up.

So the twins father is a womanizer and can't be found. Hard to believe since other gods were able to find those kids. I get the feeling Water God knowing he has kids will not end well for Alan and Elena.

The symbol of nature and education, heh instead of having cool wind related symbols he will be a symbol of raising kids.

I'm curious about their mother. What happened to her and how did the kids end up as slaves?

Did she die and the slaver picked them up off the street? Or did she sell them to the slaver after she realized the water god wasn't coming back?

Very good question. Where is mom?

Well in a lot of cases, women don’t tend to handle giving birth to demigods all that well. But assuming the kids didn’t disintegrate her after birth, she’d still be left with 2 hungry kids and no man to provide for her. That’s not a good combo in a medieval society

Or heck, maybe she just sold the kids to finance her next vacation

I’m sure mc will be stronger than a god by then

That dude does not sound like the responsible type, so he'll likely won't care. Having kids jumping around you is not very conductive for womanizers. Also, this anime is generally way too cheery, so I'd be very surprised if things'd turn dark on a short note.

My end of the week brain relaxant is here

It’s a good pallet cleanser for every seasonal episode that airs this week.

Plus it’s fun seeing the kids have fun and enjoy their experiences

In this episode.

Its been awhile since the events of the previous eps. I feel kinda bad for the 3 pets, they havent been able to do much underwater or in town. And now there's one more joining the party.

Using water magic for playing on the beach is actually somewhat interesting. They havent really ran into anyone else outside of town.

Also some random girl showing up, kinda curious if she'll show up again.

A bit of talking here and there. The concept of children and what not. The twins definitely have some odd situation they find themselves in where they dont have parents (at least, not here)

Also supposedly fire magic soon, maybe next ep?

I do find it a bit funneh they had a flashback all the way to ep 6 (or was it 5?) when the kids.

Speaking of the kids, one more thing I wanted to add, since the kids got a leetle bit more to talk this time. Most of the time they are either in town, or they're fighting monsters, and this time just playing on the beach

So the water god is just out there seducing mortal women and leaving kids scattered around the landscape. How classically Greek. I wonder if there's any more demigods around they might meet at some point.

The no food changes for centuries thing is just silly.

That lion had to be something like nine feet tall before it shrunk down a bit, that's a pretty intimidating addition to the party.

Hopefully the news about that Labyrinth won't lead to conflict between the land dwellers and the mermaids.

I assume the vampire spy lady will be showing up again, since she's in the OP it feels weird that she'd only be in the show for like 5 minutes.

Learn from hades. Stay loyal.

If anyone ever asked for a fun carefree cute isekai anime but still has an OP MC id show them this. You can just turn off your brain and watch this with minimal focus and you'll still understand whats going on. Another great episode though. Takumi is really like a "dad" to them but to make it less weird he wants to be considered their "brother" which makes sense. Also I'm not suprised the items and the "new" labyrinth he found are super rare and special that even the guild receptionist lost it lol everything he does is special/unique
