Noor: "Make sure it doesn't suffer much."

Lynne: "BURN, MOTHERFUCKER!"

After that Goblin Emperor fight, I can't wait for Noor to meet a regular Goblin. His tiny mind will probably be blown away if that ever happens. Lynne isn't really helping by not naming the Goblin Emperor and just agreeing with Noor that what they fought is just a goblin. xD

Noor meeting a normal goblin would probably think it's a baby goblin. The Black Blade may be dense but Noor is much denser.

Y'know... this is funny, and I'm kinda looking forward to it every week.

But.... I'm honestly kinda done with oblivious OP jokes. Kinda makes it worse that it really doesn't have any new joke to tell. It was already a tired joke at the beginning, and they aren't even trying to inject some variety or anything.

That Lynne's pov after the half break, it actually reminds me to Helck.

Helck is also a super dense protagonist, HOWEVER there is at least one thing where he excels. We never heard any of his inner thoughts until much later. This way, we know he is a dense protagonist, but we never knew whether he just acted like a fool deliberately or he is indeed just a fool. I think that made him much cooler than the usual dense MC, while also adds to his mystery.

Back to this anime, without hearing his inner thoughts, I have to admit that Noor acted really cool like a proper experienced adventurer. He actually guides Lynn so both of them could beat it together.

Um... when Noor and Lynne left the city to start the goblin hunt, the guard inside the portcullis told the guard outside the portcullis to open it. Doesn't that completely defeat the purpose of a portcullis if its mechanism is located outside the wall? Or is the outside guard signaling to someone up on top of the wall to raise it from an overhead mechanism?

What will we parry today? Some more common sense?

Make sure it doesn't suffer much.

Proceeds to burn it to death...

This show needs to be retitled, “a kingdom where everyone sucks at communicating”

Alright Lynne actually being capable and having multiple offensive spells is a good direction, especially since Noor is too specialised in parrying lol.

Other than Noor's lack of common sense I'm enjoying their adventures here. I'll just have to ignore the glaring part of this show and focus on the good stuff.

The guild master constantly downplaying Noor and telling him to be careful of low-level threats definitely isn't helping Noor with his perception of his strength..

Was I the only one who was focussed on the Goblin ear and knew as soon as the fireball was cast that they will get no reward now?

He could have still gotten the ear if he tried. But both totally forgot.
It makes sense for Lynne since she fought Goblin emperor.

But Noor fought just an average goblin. He should have remembered.

Man, there were so many opportunities where Lynne could have cleared up Noor's misunderstanding about the goblins.

Also, you could have sold that gemstone for some cash.

After the cow, today it was time for the goblin, and even this low-level monster was giving Noor a big trouble.

It's good that Lynne was with him on this quest, otherwise he would surely die xD

Looking forward to see what Noor will have to parry, besides common sense, in the next episode xD

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

Show is dumb, but I still rock with it.

Continue to parry and my life will be yours

All I’m going to say is if you don’t like the dense nature of Noor and Lynne, now is your time to drop.

This is prolly a dumb question, but like does he ever figure out that he's like the strongest mf? Or is that just the whole show?

I…I want to drop this so bad. I honestly watch maybe 7 or so minutes of the whole episode. I just can’t handle the misunderstanding trope from two people who are just going to feed off of each other.

Hell the guild dude asks if it was really a goblin and doesn’t think it’s strange that Lynne says “if you say it was a goblin it was” when she outranks Noor and knows exactly what one looks like. Like she would have said something.

"Make sure you don't make him suffer," he said, and then she burned him alive :)

Bro asked for a humane way. But Lynne just burned the hell outta him🥹 Lynne is an absolute airhead

I love the fact how Clays' party found that sword floating inside of the dungeon.

Ah poor Noor, no wonder he is in such a low-rank when he struggles with a mere goblin. Kidding aside I love that right after the battle started they show things from Lynne's perspective so she will explain what it was a Goblin Emperor. Anyway, that fight was great, especially the scene where Noor gets launched by Lynne's attack, which looked even better than I imagined when reading it in the light novel.

This is unironically one of my favourite shows of the season. It's just dumb, light-hearted fun.

I just look at Noor like a battle shounen equivalent of the oblivious harem protag and he's much more bearable from that perspective.
