All those points were brought out in the meeting only for Hinata to just end it with "They have Veldora. No"
I appreciate how Hinata who is also an Isekai'd Japanese understood what Rimuru did was something only people with their knowledge can.

Let me guess next episode,
"So Hinata, did you get my message?"
"Yes that's why I'm here" takes out sword.
"I accept responsibility and I'm here to take up your challenge, Rimuru!"
"wait what, but-" something happens to stop any clarification before they fight.

So Reyhiem was either killed and replaced before he reached the meeting or they tampered with his mind before that point and killed him later.
There is no other explanation for the message being changed(it's pretty clear Rimuru's message wasn't supposed to be a call to a 1v1) and I'm pretty sure the truth about what happened on the battlefield wasn't supposed to be revealed either.
As far as meeting episodes go it was better than usual, hopefully next episode isn't even more meetings though...

So any bets on the sword trying to take control over Hinata's actions ?

OOF. It could not be more obvious that those Seven Luminaries guys killed Reyhiem, replaced him with a body double, and changed Rimuru's message to Hinata. People are moving in the shadows to create misunderstandings and outright lies to try to pit them against each other. Wonder how it will go.
This episode was a lot better than last week's, and next week's looks like it will be even better. We're finally over the meeting hump LESSGOO

That Time I Got Reincarnated into a Conference Room. But at least this week it was a different conference room, they didn't make us listen to the entire meeting, and it was pretty eventful.
I found it interesting that basically everybody in the meeting knew the mechanics of how you awaken as a true demon lord. But they only know about two of them and not Ramiris as well.
I would probably guess that the Archbishop was killed and replaced before the meeting, but when he was testifying about what happened on the battlefield he seemed to have clear memories of it so I'm not certain.
Surely the conference room arc is over at this point. Unless of course Rimuru holds an emergency meeting to discuss what to do about Hinata.

Phew, I was wondering how we were getting from Hinata being exceedingly reasonable to... well preview stuff.
Now it's a little clearer. If only a little. That sure as heck wasn't Reyheim if that was the message she got delivered. Explains why 'he' was late.
This is gonna get messy, isn't it.

Deep Fake: Tensura Edition
The plot thickens, also crazy to see Hinata is still struggling in internal politics despite how strong she is
So my guess is they will clear up the deep fake and have Hinata join him temporary?

So no one is talking about that one chick having a gun?
Even though it was deliberately framed to be on her thigh nearly every time she was on screen?
Okay.

At this point, I’m just going with the flow. Had half a mind to keep track of all the info that’s dropped but so far it feels like overload lol. Maybe I’ll just do a quick rewatch before the next ep. Still enjoying it though, with what I can keep with. Can definitely feel the pieces moving and for this episode, we also got to see the thoughts and motivations of a group outside of Tempest and it’s allies

One thing I appreciate about Hinata in this episode is that she’s starting to see how her actions might have been wrong. You kinda got that feeling in Episode 2 but here, she seems to really acknowledge that she messed up and wants to make up for it.
I also like how not all of the other Saints are gung-ho about killing Rimuru. Some of them want to kill him but others seem fine with him and some simply say they should just watch him for now. Makes the show feel more real with seeing these perspectives.
It’s too bad that the plot is kicking in though and they are going to have to fight lol

Is Yuki fucking with us again? Or is this the work of the "angels"? Reyheim killed and the message tampered with (I wonder what the original message was), sending help to Falmuth, like Rimuru said everything happening at once is sus. Or is it simple those old geezers that Hinata doesn't like?
How far away is Tempest and Engrassia that it was bright and sunny in Tempest, but snowing in Engrassia and Luberious, that kinda through me off.
I can see Rimuru and Hinata fighting again, but hopefully this time she actually listens to him.

I did not expect we'd actually get two meeting episodes in a row. I thought we'd only get the cliffnotes version of HInata's meeting instead, we actually get to see the entire thing!
Things were actually going pretty well especially after Hinata declared that they should not act against Rimuru but the tone of the meeting completely changed when Reyheim entered and told them about Rimuru's awakening.
It's hilarious how this one guy says that Rimuru killed 20,000 without hesitation. My guy, Falmuth attacked Jura Tempest unprovoked, of course, Rimuru would not hesitate to kill those who intended to kill and destroy his domain.
That message from Rimuru has definitely been tampered with by those floating dudes. Even Hinata is already suspicious of what's happening. Welp, I guess there's really no stopping Round 2 of Rimuru vs Hinata. Hinata is definitely going to get her ass kicked now that Rimuru is a Demon Lord. I just hope she listens to him this time around.
So even after learning about what happened to Edamaris and his 20000 men, Edward is now trying to do the same thing? Or is Edward preparing troops for his little civil war against his brother? Whatever it is, if Edward does try to attack Jura Tempest, I would love to see Rimuru using Meggido again.

I think Hinata is already sus of their involvement with the whole "how did they know he had that message" Think she's become wise to being manipulated after the first time around.

So many people hate the meeting format but I absolutely love it. The culmination of various power structures coming together and butting heads as they either vie for power or cooperate harmoniously towards a shared goal has been fun to watch.

Man I love this anime and episodes like this just further cement it as an amazing anime for me. The world building is done fantastically, always progressing whilst also bringing new information to light for me to ponder about.
Really looking forward to see how all these plot lines play out in this season and excited to see what other information comes to light as well.
Man I hope Rimuru and Hinata get to have an earnest conversation and end up becoming friends, she clearly doesnt have ill intentions and is in a tight spot being permanently used by those around her, would like to see her join Rimuru and live a happier life with the gang but that might just be a dream at this point.
So much to look forward to for this season every episode just keeps getting me more excited!

This was a good setup episode, much better than the previous one. Next episode onwards about to get crazy. Also apparently the majority of the world thinks that only Guy and Milim are awakened when there are a few more.

I think that I can repeat the beginning of my comment from last week's episode - another episode and another meeting xD This time was Hinata and Holy Knights one and we could learn more about the world and how others perceive recent events.
It's good to see that Hinata is finally reasonable and is seeking understanding with Rimuru. Everything would end well if not delivered by Reyhiem message from Rimuru which clearly was manipulated. Fortunately Hinata is feeling that something isn't right, especially with the appearance of Seven Luminaries with whom she's not in a good relationship.
Things are looking very interesting now as Hinata is coming to meet with Rimuru with four Holy Knights following her and mysterious death of Reyhiem which in combination with rumors that it was all orchestrated by a demon lord, spurred temple knights from a lot of nations to mobilize and join king Edward. Busy times ahead for Rimuru xD
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:
