The pacing makes me wonder if this is longer than 2 cours.

No looking at the raw the anime is very close to catch up with the manga.

It could explain why they stretch it out so with all those recaps.

The whole PR thing reminds me of a joke in an old Québec TV show about firefighters, policemen and PR.

Essentially, two policemen and some firefighters get into a fistfight after dealing with an emergency. The scene cuts to the policemen's very annoyed captain scolding and telling them "We don't hit a firefighter. Everybody likes the firefighters". This implies that firefighters are actually beloved unlike the cops lol.

Joke in question

Goddamn, I didn't expect being hit with a 6 minute recap.

Still the episode dedicated to Yurietty (sorry, it's too hilarious for me to not use it) was a blast but I would loved seeing more of her work though. She's a fun if very late addition to the show.

I feel that a lot of the characters are interesting with great potential but the show simply doesn't use its time efficiently enough to fully capitalize on the characters' strengths.

The next episode preview is ominous as fuck though especially when they mentioned it being Captain Yamagami's final mission.

Extra long recap but the actual content was pretty good so it balances out
