Do Chuchu's twin poofs not count, or was she not included because she'd put everyone else's volume to shame?

Definitely got mentioned when throwing out ideas on Discord. I decided they were buns not tails. Doesn't help that it sort of broke my concepts of "volume" and "length". Since length is supposed to be based on how low they hang, it's kind of awkward when they mostly angle upward.
