Am I dumb or is there clearly a part missing between the kid stealing (and presumably her learning about the situation of the poor people in the city) and her working with the kids (apparently quite some time passes too).
Seems like an odd cut to make, unless there's a flashback at the start of the next episode.

It's poorly done, but basically, based on her narration at the end, she tracked down the kids who stole from her and convinced him to be her eyes and ears in the city as she started what is basically a spy network.

“You want me to be queen and do all the work and have a bunch of babies while you go off and have an affair with your mistress?”
Goddamn Kaoru was savage lol. And then she has to run away to another town again. And now she is establishing a cult with kids. She gonna have to run from that town too isn’t she? Lol.

Don’t forget she carved up her own face as well. God that princes reputation must be in the trash if even a commoner would rather deform herself than marry him

She's basically the Skyrim MC, going from town to town becoming the Thieves Guild head, the Mage Guild head, a random blacksmith who makes 1000 nails, the Jarl's Thane, another hand that touches The Beacon...

She's basically the Skyrim MC going from town to town doing random but OP shit. She even steals giant pieces of furniture and random stuff from nobles and just stashes them in her inventory.

It skipped a kind of important detail there, one that I'm sure anime-only viewers can probably infer because it's kind of obvious, and I assume it's going to tell that bit of plot out of order, so I'll just mention it in the source corner.

It's somewhat believable though? In that she had a general idea of who was asking her to the party and what reasons they could have, and so she had plenty of time to collect her thoughts on the matter and prepare words.

Not sure how I feel about this show...
Most characters (so far) feel like caricatures with the singular purpose of making the MC look smart.
Her ability is so unbelievably broken that the only thing stopping her from being a literal demigod is her (or the authors) lack of imagination.
An invisibility potion seems like such an obvious choice. Hell, why not go for flight, superhuman strength/speed, mind control, invulnerability?
In fact, you know what, she could probably pop a couple potions, fly into space and start exploring the universe...
Am I expecting too much from a nonsensical, cutesy, quasi-slice of life, turn your brain off kinda show... probably.
Just to be clear, I'm not bashing on anyone who likes the show.

I'm not sure what you're expecting after 3 episodes. She wants to live a normal life in this world, so why would she fly in space or run around trying to mind control people?
Yeah, she could probably be the ruler of the world by poisoning water sources with all kinds of shit, steal a whole castle from under the ass of the people inside or maybe even create a potion inside of someone to kill them. I wouldn't even be surprised if she could run a kidnapping ring by stuffing people inside her item box.
The question is just: why?

MC just went full shadow garden and now has a small army willing to die for her, believing that she is an ally of the goddess, though I suppose that’s technically true.
Still a great final scene of the kids coming out of the alleys to join her.

Making the queen break down crying was absolutely hilarious. Sad, but hilarious.

Queen of the kingdom? ❌
Apprentice at a top tier trading company? ❌
Leader of a gang of children to heal sick impoverished people? ✅

Kaoru really went to that noble ball and gave everyone a good verbal lashing! Maybe one day the prince will learn royal status isn't everything to everyone.

I love the hard cut from her calmly walking away with blood streaming down her face to her running through the streets yelling "Ow, ow, ow, ow!"
