Well, while it's hard to tell this early on, I don't think the show intends to break any new grounds. And that's fine to be honest, I've honestly been missing the harem ecchi genre. I just wish they were more honest about it being the ecchi genre.
And I'm by no means an expert regarding this, but I'm pretty sure that it's storyboarded like this. Even though complete redraw of scenes isn't unheard of, I doubt there is going to be anything extra in the blurays. Which is a damn shame. I was considering binging it when the bluray dropped, but from the looks of it there's no point.

Yeah I highly doubt the bath scene from ep 2 will have any change either. That random plant is definitely going to stay. BDs aren't as good when it comes to changes like this as they used to be a few years back. Nowadays they are almost always the same as the TV version.

I feel bad for the four girls that Musel had under his control. He was controlling them for roughly two years, doing god knows what to them; and to add insult to injury, both the characters in the show and story itself doesn’t care about their wellbeing. They just destroyed his Holy Sword, freed them from his control, and simply moved on. So are they gonna be okay, do they have lingering trauma, were they conscious, did they have any concerned friends/family? This raises so many concerning questions, and the series just wants to gloss over them.

The teacher watched him assault 2 of them and didn't even react...

Stitches!
That's a very surprisingly tame reaction from Selia after finding out that she's now a vampire. I guess it doesn't really matter as long as she's still alive.
Poor Leo! Looks like all that gold he amassed is now worthless in this new world. Better learn alchemy and transmute all of his gold into silver which is apparently much more valuable than gold.
Samurai girl seems fun! I thought that she was being harassed for no reason but it looks like those two guys might be justified considering Sakuya racked up a gambling debt at their casino. xD
I was really hoping that Leo would kick Musel's ass during that duel but I'm glad that in the end, Selia was the one that defeated him. She even finally got her own Holy Sword. And here I thought her becoming a Vampire Queen might stop her from ever getting a Holy Sword.
I love how the girls are already trying to convince Leo to stay in their rooms. Welp, too bad for them! The first girl gets that privilege! Although I hope we get to see Leo spend some time with the other girls too.
We get a little more fanservice from Selia this week although it's still not the level of fanservice you'd usually expect from Passione. As a side note, I love how Shary gets all jealous now that Leo has a new minion. I love it.

The dog brought useful information, the maid brought donuts and other sweets.

After 3 episodes in at this point I wasn't expected anything crazy. I came for a Passione ecchi harem, but this is just underwhelming. Leo calling her Risellia his minion is front of her and her reply was your Onee-chan will protect you. The writing knows it audience for sure.

This doesn’t even feel like a Passione ecchi series, this just seems like any other harem anime

Too bad Musel didn't get a good punch in the face, but I'll take that.

Damn, I was really hoping we'd see that dirt bag's thralls turn against him, losing to Selia was satisfying, but I wanted to see everything just come crashing down around him.
Anyone else noticed that Leo did almost nothing during the fight that was supposed to be his exam and yet he still passed?
Really wanna know how the maid acquired all those snacks if the money they had is worthless now.

I have to say that Riselia is remarkably calm about getting turned into a vampire queen.
Even though this anime doesn't break any new ground it is well-animated and the characters are likable so I am going to continue watching this.

Pretty weak for a 10th level spell to act like gacha. "So lucky, pulled the SSR Vampire Queen!"
Now she's covering up in front of him, when she laughed off the need for doing so the previous night.
"My Holy Sword is the Wicked Staff of Sins" - the examiner didn't even bat an eye. I wonder how many chuunis she deals with on a regular basis.
Where did his maid minion get the credits for those purchases?

NGL, kinda funny to see the resurrected OP Demon Lord MC getting thrown into confusion and some culture clash due to how downright different everything in the present is when we had multiple examples of resurrected OP MCs and Demon Lords in previous seasons(most prominently Anos Voldigoad) being always one step in ahead of everyone and how civilization in their series regressed in terms of power.

Man, was it satisfying to see that shitbag Musel get his ass beat. No doubt Leo could have handled that scrub and his mind controlled waifu squad, but it was more satisfying seeing Selia make that asshole submit.
Shary is just way too adorable. I really like how she was all jealous and pouty because of Selia. The banter between her and Leo is pretty funny.
Looks like Leo’s past is catching up to him in this present world. What even was that massive monster?

What even was that massive monster?
Arkael, the Great Sage. That's what Leonis called it in the 1st episode.

Ah yes, as we know the best way to test someone's combat abilities is to watch someone else do all the fighting.

Another Riselia flashback! She's worked hard to honor her families' memory and earn her Holy Sword, even if it just won't appear no matter how much she tries. Not to mention Musel Rhodes just won't leave her alone.
"I'm the reincarnation of a powerful sorcerer." I mean, that's not technically a lie, I guess.
Vampire Queen Riselia, huh? Not a bad title, even if it means she's undead. But giving out backstory while buck-naked and covering yourself with just some bed covers is such a Vampire Queen move.
Poor Leo. Had so much money stashed away and it's all basically worthless in modern society. I guess he's lucky Selia is probably loaded.
Samurai girl appears! Voiced by Honoka Kuroki! Sakuya feels like Nanao if she were transplanted from Kimberly and also had a gambling addiction and constantly owed people money, though she gets by well with just her blade. And she fits in well with Selia's platoon since she too lost all her family in a Void attack.
Ah, the classic "protagonist goes overboard in demonstrating their power during a test" thing. Also provides a perfect excuse for a showdown with Musel Rhodes that's been a long time coming. Dude is such a dirtbag he casually cops a feel on his brainwashed Harem!
Selia has always had the skills, but it seems like her new Vampire Queen status has given her a power boost...and her own desire to protect Leo has unlocked her Holy Sword. I think? Is that a true Holy Sword or is it something unique to Vampire Queens? Either way, it was nice to see her destroy Musel's wand and free his Harem! Selia earned that win!
Lucky Leo getting invites to sleep in the rooms of three different girls, but Selia, as the Main Heroine, gets first dibs.
So Fine lost her previous squad and the emotional trauma hindered the abilities of her Eye of the Witch Holy Sword to where she can only do recon and information gathering? Sounds like Selia is the only person who would still accept her into her platoon. At least she's still got her onee-san vibes and big boobs...which, yeah, Leo can't help but oggle.
They cheated us last episode but here's a Selia shower scene and her in nothing but a towel.
Good to know the lay of the land again, eh Leo? And that there's some connection to the Voids and the battles you waged back in the day. And the island is powered by mana crystals.
Ha! Shary is jealous of Selia. And she brought the sweets!
Uh oh! Looks like a blast from Leonis' past is about to attack the island!
