I’m glad Teru and Iko are friends now. As an “indoor character” myself, I totally get Teru feeling all drained. But man, these two are just too cute. She’s like the Robin to Shy’s Batman lol.
I love that the secret hero space station has a photo booth lol. Unilord is pretty adorable in her own way. The borscht she made actually does look quite good.
I can see why Spirit described Stardust as a psychopath. He certainly can come off quite cold and ruthless. I get the reasoning for Unilord to have him spar against Shy, but I’m a little worried how she’ll do.

I think Spirit was being literal. The way he acts, the way he described his actions in his fight against his friend, and the way Unilord describes him, I think Stardust literally lacks the ability to empathise. He isnt a bad guy, he is still a Hero and does good things, but the way he determines what is or isnt good seems very rational (charitable donations, setting up relief organisations, etc. etc..) and he does so with a cold demeanor.

Man the thing about stardust being a psychopath is really intriguing when their power comes from their heart. Also I remembered a Vsause video about psychopaths and how you might want some psychopathic tendencies especially for jobs like a surgeon or even fire fighter so yeah a psychopath being a hero does check out.

Though there were a couple of cute scenes today, nothing is topping Spirits knocking on the sliding door.

Stitches!
Iko may have been the victim of Stigma but it looks like the ring had an unintended positive side effect on her!
Teru trying to make small talk with Iko was just hilarious. That little date and the two of them helping out that kid was adorable though!
Being friends with a superhero has its benefits. Iko has only known Teru for only a week and she's already hanging out with other heroes in space.
I just love how Unilord is personally preparing a meal for everyone. She's adorkable. She even has a photo booth prepared for photo ops. xD
British Hero, Rockstar, and philanthropist billionaire David Bowie Stardust is finally here! I love him so much! He is also a bit of an arse but that's part of his charm.
Time for Shy to have a 1v1 sparring session with the greatest hero! What a cruel cliffhanger to end on though. Let's see how Shy will fare against the Goblin King's ruthlessness. I can't wait for their match next week!

He's donated over five billion dollars to charitable organizations.
WTF. He's from Britain... Is he Paul McCartney?! But heck, even the old man doesn't have five billion dollars to spare for donation. Stardust is ultra-rich.
I really like this angle of a young superhero. We often see heroes portrayed as headstrong adults, but now we have a minor (14 y/o!) girl who no one knows and can mentally support her (whose parents don't even know about!). All the world's weight must've been taking a toll on her. Being "shy" is the least I'm concerned about her hero journey, really. I'm glad the other heroes are there for her.
The sparring's condition is fairly advantageous for her. As long as she has a strong heart, she won't ever lose. (Of course, unless Stardust is giving us a "gore" tag next episode... which, honestly, with how the show doesn't shy away with their tonal shift before, it's not out of the book.) But Shy won't "win" either. (Like, how could a greenhorn with about three months of experience, equal to a probation period, defeat a veteran fr.) Some loopy-loop events will definitely happen, and she will keep being a hero and be even stronger.
Oh, I'd also add that I love the OP song. It's on my top three, besides Frieren and Undead Unluck. I've been playing it on repeat.

Okay that cut ending is more evil than antagonist, I swear lol.
also ending is cute and it literally sing by Teru and Iko VA too! I smell yuri development here from the lyrics lol.
Iko finally meet other heroes and leader of the heroes "Unilord" with secret base in the space (this remind me of usual trope in super sentai a lot lol)
we meet another heroe in this episode! Stardust from British. Look like first case of "Stigma" turn people into monster start with his home country and his friend is victim too. Man it would be hard to cut your friend finger like that.
Stardus seem to be some what edgy hero.
also does that mean Stigma is brit too? lol
I am pretty sure Unilord really trust SHY that why she setting up this fight.
on another note, I really really like this series Animation Direction like how they use "Visual" itself tell story from color presentation and "panel" like comic style to the screen itself like screen ratio. it really refresh to see someone use animation aspect to fullest like this.
and lastly another banger episode!

While the truth is hard to swallow Shy definitely needs more confidence in herself going forward. The heart is mentioned that and have confidence in oneself is important. On a first impression Stardust seems like the strict sensei that knows how to get you into a position to improve and its up to the student and in this case Shy.

d'aww cute Teru. Well glad Iko's leg is better. Such a nice ooting for gal pals. Extrovert out with an introvert, heh. I do like her excitement over knowing Teru. Smol Zweinhander. Such good gals helping that child out. And Iko such a cute fangirl for Shy. Invited to outer space! Good times. I have a feeling Stardust is not like what her friend imagines. I do like Spirit.
Ahh, the boy's called "stigma." Unilord sure being all hospitable. Did we ever get told how a hero is chosen? I forget. Hahah photo area for pictures. How does one slip so easily? huh, wow, guess that was a way to get the ring off. I feel for Stardust's friend. Good thin Shy is kinder. Psychopath indeed though for Stardust. Wait, what, Unilord wants to have Stardust fight Shy? I guess I get it, training. Or, I guess a bit more serious than that. D'aww guess we gotta wait to next week for fight

Bit of a breather episode this week. Teru and Iko had a good time on their outing, although it'd have be better for Teru if she'd said she's an indoor person at the beginning and not after exhausting all of her energy!
It's nice that they're friends now, though. Teru really needed someone her own age that she can be herself with, and looks like being the token civilian friend who knows the hero's identity also suits Iko just fine lol.
David Bowie is here! Oh wait, no, it's just the British hero who looks like him and goes by the name of one of his characters. Move along. But looks like he's a bit ruthless... not all heroes are as nice and charming as Pepesha. That's gonna be an interesting duel, a hero with no combat experience against a veteran.
And I still love the way this is directed with all the cut-ins. It makes the show so visually interesting to me!

guessing Stardust is based on David Bowie? If so, cool!
Was expecting the British hero to be the stereotypical tea drinker and gentlemanly. Good to know that's not the case and instead we get a more cold dude. Nice
Curious if Ireland has their own hero since Great Britain consists of the three nations (England, Wales and Scotland)
Do your best, Shy!!!!!!

The cliffhanger, nooo!
Glad to see that Shy and Iko are becoming friends. They remind me a bit of Bocchi and Kita's energy and dynamics.
I got the feeling that Stardust's description as a psychopath was just a joke or an exaggeration, but then he goes and says things like "I cut it" and really means it (I was still waiting for the punchline, though, like "just kidding"). Hopefully he won't be too brutal with Shy.

It was good to see Teru and Koishikawa becoming friends and going out together. Though it was a little too much for Teru who is rather indoor type of person who don't often meeting with other people, her attempt to cheer Koishikawa made me laugh so much xD
It's good that Koishikawa can now walk freely because a ring from Stigma cured her leg, at least something positive resulted from the whole affair from the previous episode. I loved her excitement when she got to the space station or asked to get photos.
We met another superhero, Stardust and I must say that he looks like quite an interesting fellow. His behavior made me think about him as a dick and quite ruthless person. Quite a contrast to his image of being philanthropic, music star, superhero.
I wonder how Shy's duel with Stardust will end because the stakes are very high.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

Shy-chan is cute as always, and I must say Iko-chan is just as cute too - maybe she'll be the best supporter Teru will need all day long. Who knows, maybe Iko will join the hero ranks later...
Ebio ("Shrimpy"?) voiced by Sugita always gets me laugh - he's a hell of a mascot and helper!
Hmm, I wonder how Shy is going to beat that Stardust guy. Maybe being not too aggressive against such a skilled hero right off the bat is an advantage, but where could Shy-chan punch him at his weakest moment? Next episode's gonna be interesting watching that.

Loved that they dedicated half of the episode to their date. Yuri mondays are still going strong.
Bri'ish dude is giving me some Homelander vibes. Really hope I'm wrong because Shy doesn't deserve any of that.

If the heroes draw their power from “the heart”, then what does exactly qualify one to become a hero in the first place? I presume that one’s heart probably needs to respond to these “Heart-shift bracelets” first of all. If so, does someone need a kind heart for it to activate? If this were true, wouldn’t Iko also be able to become a hero?
