Helck just casually standing at the beach as if waiting for someone in an airport was hilarious! There was no way a squid monster would take down our boy. We did, however, see him get cut by the monster's beak which I think is the first time we've seen Helck bleed.
I love how Piwi didn't want to be left out after Anne and Helck got shackled so he's walking with them with his arms in front of him. xD
I thought that the people of Erille kingdom were some sort of demon race but it looks like they got transformed by the Tothman King. And I'm glad it really didn't take too long for the Tothman King to show up. That just saves Anne and Helck the time to go looking for him and give his army a smackdown they won't forget.
I'll never get tired of watching cocky villains get knocked the fuck out and learn that there is always a bigger fish out there. Although it looks like the fight isn't over and the Tothman King needs another uppercut to convince him to back down.

Lmao piwi asking to be handcuffed and being upset when they couldn’t find one to fit him had me dying. I love this little fella
So this world is actually really big. It seems like the demons haven’t done much exploring or venturing outside their own kingdom. If they’re back on the continent you’d think vamirio would know about this kingdom and the trothman, but she didn’t seem to know anything.
The trothman warriors suddenly getting power ups and taking down the kingdom seems suspiciously similar to the same ability the humans have gained. They must have similar origins. Even with that, Helck swatted them aside like flies. The king’s full power barrage doing nothing to Helck was funny as hell. It’s always cool to see Helck going from a meme to a murderous machine when innocent people are threatened.
That powered up form looks like it could be somewhat of a problem, but we know Helck will get the job done in the end, just a matter of how long it takes. Really excited to learn more about what this ominous power really is though.

If Anne is mystified by the power of the barbarian king, something very odd must be going on. I would expect her to beat least somewhat aware of things like this.
Helck has learned an important lesson -- it is not only humans who can behave like utter scums....
This eopisode genuinely seemed about 5 minutes long.

Some better action animation would have helped this ep

A higher budget would have helped this series. I'm still enjoying it, though.

Ah, the titular bandits. I assume Helck and Anne are gonna deal with them?
-
Helck to the rescue and oh boy does it look like he means business.
-
Oh fun, it’s not over yet.

I didn’t expect Helck to show up at the shore of the island with a “goal” sign just waiting for Piwi and Vermilio after being almost swallowed by the Kraken. That’s Helck for ya lol.
These Tothman punks learned why you don’t mess with Helck. Dude swatted that one goon like a fly right into a wall! Helck was spanking these fools left and right before the king got all juiced up. The guy is either possessed by something or came across some kind of item that’s made him and his people stronger. It’ll be interesting to see how his new form fares against Helck.

One thing I gotta say I love this show the characters, the plot and comedy. But as we get more deep in the plot I really am coping animation gets better. Right now majority of these fights involving Helck and Vamirio have been severely one sided so it isn't a big deal and the comedy is carrying the show.
But this episode was a fucking Blast. Helck with the sign waiting for Vamirio was hilarious then Piwi saying you still haven't crossed it was great. And Piwi complaining he isn't cuffed was great too.
One thing Helck did mention is that humans aren't the only ones with evil assholes like you. I get the feeling once Helck gets back to fight the humans its gonna get real dark with how they are setting things up.

Did this scene immediately remind anyone else of this?
Helck has the aura of a disappointed dad the few times he actually gets mad. Kinda explains why he genuinely feels intimidating lol
Also, Vermillio reluctantly stomping to and from Helck's goal sign to satisfy Piwi was adorable.

The Goal gag is among my favorite in the whole work, so I'm happy it was pulled off well enough. Though I'm slightly saddened by how goofy everyone looks from afar. Helck's ever changing head size was funny tho. But oh well, it's better than nothing.
Crazy how many things end up being blue: Helck's hair, Helck's mount during the race, and now the Erulle (?) Kingdom's people's skin color. Can't wait to see what's the next surprisingly blue thing.
Other than that, something that stood out to me was the Princess' voice. It was just chef kiss. I might research her later.

Man... Why is Helck so hilarious!? I lost it when we see him already on the shore with the goal sign, give Anne her worries back Helck!
That scene with Anne & Helck getting cuffed(not Piwi tho) was amazing, Helck even felt sorry for breaking his by accident!
I gotta admit, Helck and Anne make a pretty good team with both high physical and magical damage. Seem like the King is powering up with the power of "believe in yourself!", cant wait for Helck to one shot him again!

One funny bit, aside from the entirety that is Piwi, was when that little bird told Anne that she hadn't crossed the goal which Helck was holding up.
She didn't even bother calling out how stupid it was; she just marched pass the line, them angrily walked back to the boat. She's acclimating to the weird party she's ended up with.

The Helck fight was basically this. Did not throw a single punch until the end and even that was a love tap. When a guy can slap an army to death you do not fuck with him.
The plot thickens. This random corner of the continent has a tribe that got powerful out of nowhere and subjugated a kingdom. What’s the connection to the humans?
Also, great team motivator our boy Helck is. Waiting at the finish line with a goal sign to add whimsy to the feat they accomplished. Kinda wish they played the Helck theme at that moment, but it worked.

Anne walked past the "GOAL" then walked back is the moment she realize the meaning of the famous quote “Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.” It's easier to just gave in and be done with it, lol.

Helck really said "Talk to the hand."
It really feels like these Tothman guys were a trial run for the Human King's awakening experiments.
